选用108头杜大长三元杂种18±1日龄断奶仔猪随机分为2组,每组54头,每组处理分成3个重复,每个重复18头,预试期为6天,试验期为29天,以研究蛋清小肽对仔猪生产性能及腹泻率影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.5%蛋清小肽可以显著提高保育期仔猪日增重(p<0.05)和降低腹泻率(p<0.05).
陆川猪具有繁殖性能好、耐受性强、肉质风味好等特点,但其生长速度慢、饲料报酬低、瘦肉率低.杜洛克猪是外来品种,其优缺点与陆川猪互补.笔者研究以杜洛克猪为父本,陆川猪为母本,测定其杂交后代的胴体性能、肌肉品质及背最长肌的氨基酸含量,为地方猪种、引进猪种的合理利用提供科学依据.
玉米的世界需求量呈现增长趋势,是畜牧业中需求量最大的能量饲料,约占饲料总量的60%.一直以来,玉米的短缺及价格不断攀升增加了养殖成本,因此,需要在饲料配方中选择一些非常规饲料原料来代替部分常规饲料,既提高营养价值又降低饲料成本.
研究的目的是探索纤维素、木聚糖复合酶对肉鸭生长性能的影响.选用180只1日龄的樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为两组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复30只.Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组为试验组,在基础日粮中添加了纤维素、木聚糖复合酶(添加量为150g/t).试验分2个阶段进行,第一阶段为小鸭(1~10日龄),第二阶段为生长鸭(11~42日龄).试验结果表明:添加复合酶可提高肉鸭的生长性能.第一阶段,添加复合酶可显著提高小鸭阶段的增重(P<0.05),耗料增重比降低(P<0.05);第二阶段,添加复合酶可使鸭的增重提高3.50%,耗料增重比降低4.61%.试验组的增重和采食量均高于对照组,分别提高4.45%和1.50%,耗料增重此低于对照组,降低2.88%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组的成活率高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05).
The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of heat stress on sperm quality,testis morphology and antioxidant activity in male rabbits.Twelve adult New Zealand rabbits with good body condition and equal body weight were selected and averagely divided into two groups,viz.,control group of optimal temperature(18±2)℃ without heat stress and treated group of high-temperature(31 ±2)℃ heat stress.After feeding two months,the semen of male rabbit was collected once at every third day for 5 times in all to determine the semen volume and the mobility,density,and deformity rate of sperm.The tissue morphology of testis was observed by paraffin section,and the malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in testis tissue were determined.The results showed that the semen amount and mobility and density of sperm of rabbit were decreased significantly when treated with heat stress(P0.05).The testicular tissue cells were found to be seriously damaged with decreasing quantity.The MDA contents of testicular tissue increased significantly(P0.05),while the SOD,GSH-PX activity and T-AOC contents decreased significantly(P0.05).These results indicated that the sperm quality of rabbits treated with heat stress was declined,which may be related to the decrease in antioxidant enzyme activity of testis resulting in excessive free radical production and damaged testicular tissue cells.
为探讨南方不同季节使用发酵床养猪技术饲养保育猪的效果,试验分2个阶段进行,每一试验阶段分别选择20 kg左右的杜长大杂种猪230头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复23头猪,其中1个组采用发酵床技术饲养,另1个组采用高床漏缝栏饲养。第1阶段试验在高温季节(2008年8—9月)进行,结果表明,高床漏缝栏组在日增重、采食量、料重比、呼吸道病发病率、腹泻率方面均好于发酵床组,但差异不显著;发酵床组死亡率3.48%,比高床漏缝栏组死亡率1.30%高2.18个百分点。第2阶段试验在低温季节(2008年12月至2009年1月)进行,结果表明,高床漏缝栏组在日增重、采食量、料重比、呼吸道病发病率方面均好于发酵床组,但差异不显著;高床漏缝栏组腹泻率低于发酵床组,差异显著;发酵床组死亡率为5.21%,比高床漏缝栏组死亡率3.04%高2.17个百分点。高温与低温季节使用发酵床饲养20 kg保育猪的对比结果显示,高温季节的采食量高于低温季节,差异极显著;不同季节在日增重方面差异不显著;低温季节保育猪的料重比低于高温季节,差异极显著;呼吸道病发病率,高温季节与低温季节差异不显著;低温季节腹泻率比高温季节高,差异极显著;高温季节猪的死亡率是3.48%,比低温季节保育猪的死亡率5.21%低1.73个百分点。
为了确定桂科母系猪能量、蛋白的最适需要量,试验采用两因素(蛋白3水平×能量2水平)完全交叉试验设计,将桂科母系猪48头随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复2头猪。结果表明:在40~70 kg阶段,当能量与蛋白分别为12.55 MJ/kg和13.40%时,桂科母系猪在生长性能、表观消化率和血液生化指标等各方面均表现较好,因此,这一阶段桂科后备母猪最适宜的能量与蛋白为12.55 MJ/kg和13.40%。
本试验旨在研究陆川猪胴体品质和肉质性状,为陆川猪保种和合理利用提供科学依据.对8头陆川猪的测定结果表明,10.75月龄陆川猪屠宰体重83.98 kg,胴体瘦肉率38.68%,肉色和大理石纹评分分别为3.1和4.71,pH1(宰后45 min的pH)和pH24(宰后24 h的pH)分别为5.86和5.73,肌内脂肪含量高达9.27%,肌纤维直径为31.51 μm.每100 g背最长肌中氨基酸总量、鲜味氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量分别为17.89g、14.04 g、7.13 g,鲜味氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例和必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例分别为78.48%和39.85%.饱和脂肪酸组成主要是棕榈酸,其含量达到26.03%,不饱和脂肪酸组成主要是油酸(C18∶1)和亚油酸(C18∶2),其含量分别达45.06%和11.57%,其它脂肪酸含量相对较少.
