OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of continuous subculture on the recovery of drug sensitivity of ES-BLs-producing multidrug-resistant bacteria.METHODS A total of 21 strains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and 21 strains of ESBLs-producing K lebsiella pneumoniae were selected,and the blood enhanced broth was inocu-lated for 30 generations.The in vitro drug susceptibility test was carried out for strains which were continuously passaged and had no contamination.RESULTS A total of 15 strains of purified ESBLs-producing E.coli and 18 strains of purified ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae were obtained.The results showed that,after 30 generations of subculture,21 strains of 51 species were sensitive to antibacterial drugs and their sensitivity was restored,and 4 strains of 6 species turned from sensitivity to resistance.CONCLUSION Blood-enhanced broth can induce partial ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli to restore drug sensitivity after 30 generations of subculture.
Objective To study the partial laboratory detection indicators in the patients with abnormal cystatin C (Cys C) . Methods The relevant data in the patients of our hospital from August 2014 to February 2014 were collected and the partial labo‐ratory detection indicators were compared between the patients with normal Cys C and the patients with abnormal Cys C .Results Cys C had statistical difference between the kidney disease group and the control group (P<0 .05);Cys C had statistical difference between the abnormal Cys C group and the control group (P<0 .05) ,RBC ,Hb ,HCT (male ,female) in the abnormal Cys C group were lower than the reference ranges ;while GLU ,TP and Alb in the abnormal Cys C group were within the reference ranges ,but lower than those in the control group ,UA was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference (P<0 .05) .Conclu‐sion Certain degree of malnutrition exists in the patients with abnormal Cys C .
目的:监测肠杆菌科产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株的耐药情况,指导临床医生合理应用抗生素.控制院内感染.方法:采用纸片协同法检测ESBLs菌株,并对82株产ESBLs菌株进行分析.结果:产ESBLs菌株主要为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌.产ESBLs菌株与长期住院、应用广谱抗生素、健康等级差以及住ICU病房等有明显关系,并且具有多重耐药性.结论:产ESBLs的肠杆菌科细菌引起的感染日益增多,实验室及临床医生应注重产ESBLs菌株的监测和报告,合理应用抗生素,控制产ESBLs菌株的流行.
目的:检测胃液sIgA,探讨其在诊断幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的应用价值。方法:采用放射免疫法检测胃液sIgA并与快速尿素酶法(RUT)、组织涂片染色法、间接ELISA法相比较。结果:HP感染组和非感染组测定sIgA相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:诊断HP感染时,检测sIgA具有灵敏度高、特异性好、无损伤、简便、易接受等特点,值得在临床上推广。
目的探讨血清心肌酶在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的变化及意义.方法对63例确诊HIE的患儿于生后48小时内进行血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)测定并与正常新生儿进行对比分析.结果HIE组血清心肌酶与正常对照组比较,明显增高,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),与HIE的病情程度呈正相关,予以复方丹参或1.6二磷酸果糖治疗后与治疗前心肌酶活性比较,治疗后心肌酶显著降低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05).结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损害多伴有心肌损害,心肌酶测定可客观地评价HIE,患儿心脏损害程度,对判断病情及指导治疗有重要意义.
甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMA)及甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)的测定对甲状腺自身免疫性疾病的诊断有很重要的临床意义.特别是在与T3和T4及促甲状腺素(TSH)的联合测定时,对甲状腺病的鉴别诊断有很重要的临床意义.我们对就诊患者中195例TGA和TMA阳性的病例进行分析,现报告如下. 材料和方法 一、标本:来自1999年1月~2000年6月我院门、急诊和住院病人,均采自肘静脉清晨空腹血. 二、仪器:国营二六二厂生产的2008P-γ放射免疫计数器.
