Objective To explore the clinical significance of brain natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in acute myocardial infarction.Method The plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein parallelly detected in 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction group and other 30 cases of the contrasting group.The contrastive analysis and correlation of them were conducted and analyzed the relationship with acute myocardial infarction.Results ①The levels of BNP,cTnⅠ,Hs-CRP in acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than those in the contrasting group(P0.01).②In acute myocardial infarction group,significant positive correlation was found between plasma BNP,cTnⅠ,and Hs-CRP.Conclusion Brain natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein combined detection of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)predict favorable diagnosis and prognosis.
目的:检测胃液sIgA,探讨其在诊断幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的应用价值。方法:采用放射免疫法检测胃液sIgA并与快速尿素酶法(RUT)、组织涂片染色法、间接ELISA法相比较。结果:HP感染组和非感染组测定sIgA相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:诊断HP感染时,检测sIgA具有灵敏度高、特异性好、无损伤、简便、易接受等特点,值得在临床上推广。
