The authors have analyzed the present situation of teaching experiment in higher vocational education of china. And then the process of researching and practicing the basic medical experimental technique curriculum reform has been discussed from the aspects such as the teaching aims,curriculum setup,teaching content selection,teaching methods and education evaluation system for the purpose of exploring the experimental teaching mode to fulfill the requirements of the comprehensive career competence of higher vocational education.

This experimental study on educational reform aims to strengthen their confidence and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability through arousing their study motivation by the way of introducing study strategy,students' self-study and discussing,teaching and explaining,using all kinds of checking method in medical vocational college.The results reveal that students begin to attach importance to training their autonomous learning ability,accumulate their study method and technique respectively.And their study motivation has changed from"learning"to"how to learn".The long-term effect is remarkable.It is one of the important goals to cultivate medical students' autonomous learning ability in medical vocational college in the new century.Every educational governor and teacher should pay more attention to it.

The higher vocational education takes an important role in cultivating the persons who master the basic theory and special knowledge in there field. If we want the students having persistent power in the future, it's necessary to train their self-directed learning ability in the school. This paper made a survey on the students' present independent study abilities in Tianjin Medical College through a questionnaire. In order to cultivate students' independent study abilities, we should arouse students' interests, cultivate the students' confidence in the medical genetics classroom teaching, and develop their life-long learning ability.

提高基础医学教学质量的关键之一是搞好基础医学实验教学的课程建设。我们对实验室管理体制进行了改革,成立了基础医学实验室,并积极探索符合高职培养目标的实验教学模式,在教学改革中不断总结经验,分析了解决有关矛盾的方法和途径。

Telomerase is a new tumor marker, cells eternalization is a specialty of cells in obtaining eternal growing ability. Therefore eternalized cells can infinitely increase and reproduce. The studies from home and abroad indicated that telomerase is of great value in tumor diagnosis and has become a hot topic in the world. Active manifestation of telomerase has been found in 85% of human tumor tissues. Thus, telomerase has been taken as an index for tumor gene diagnosis.
