Using anthropometry,we analyzed a number of the dermatoglyphic characteristics in 202 patients suffering from depression(140 females,62 males),compared with 310 normal(or control) cases(231 females,79 males) from the Tianjin-based Han people.Differences were analyzed using t test or χ2 test with the SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results showed that there were no significant differences in a-b RC and the incidence of the true patterns at the hypothenar and area I2,I3,I4 in both hands of depressed patients.Fingerprint pattern occurrence rates of the whorl and radial loop increased(P<0.01),whereas ulnar loop occurrence decreased(P<0.01),and in palmar FA(fluctuating asymmetry) values of a-b RC increased(P <0.01),atd angle enlarged(P <0.01),variation I type of simian line and wrinkles-palm were more common(P <0.01) in patients with depression.

目的 探讨抑郁症患者的指纹特征.方法 采用体质测量法,分析天津汉族抑郁症患者202例(女性140例,男性62例)正常者310例(女性231例,男性79例)指纹类型及指纹白线出现率,比较其差异.结果 抑郁症患者组斗型纹出现率高于对照组,差异极显著(P＜0.001);双手一般斗型纹数≥6的出现率与正常对照组存在极显著性差异(P＜0.01);桡箕、帐弓出现率显著高于对照组,尺箕、双箕斗出现率显著低于对照组;女性患者各指指纹白线出现率显著高于对照组(P＜0.001),男性患者指纹白线出现率均高于对照组,中指、环指、小指差异具显著性(P＜0.05).结论 一般斗型纹、指纹白线出现率增加可能是抑郁症的重要指纹特征之一.

Objective To provide a convenient and easy screening method for discovering highly intelligent children at an early stage. Methods Charcoal power-transparent rubberized band method and direct study method. Make contrast with relatively poor students of the same age in the common middle school. Study the data of skin ridge in finger and palm of the major school student (including mathematical specialty class) and choose noticeably different data of dermatoglyph for statistical treatment. Use Kei-wen's inference test and relevant software system as a fool of analysis and find out the IQ of the above two group students and compare it with the result of the high school entrance exam. Results The total-finger ridge count( TFRC) , the arch count of the major senior school students were all higher than the contrasted group . They showed an exceeding remarkable or remarkable difference. The ATD argyle (both hands) the whorl and the radial loop count were all smaller than the contrasted group and also showed an exceeding remarkable difference. The grade of the high school entrance exam and the IQ was in direct proportion. Conclusion IQ of the major middle school students is general higher than that of the common middle school and shows a certain skin ridge character and it proves that dermal ridge and IQ is related.

The higher vocational education takes an important role in cultivating the persons who master the basic theory and special knowledge in there field. If we want the students having persistent power in the future, it's necessary to train their self-directed learning ability in the school. This paper made a survey on the students' present independent study abilities in Tianjin Medical College through a questionnaire. In order to cultivate students' independent study abilities, we should arouse students' interests, cultivate the students' confidence in the medical genetics classroom teaching, and develop their life-long learning ability.

系统阐述了终身学习的理论与现实意义,结合教学实际指出教师终身学习有利于提高自身教学水平和整体素质,其主要途径在于不断学习,在职进修,以适应时代发展的需要。
