第一章 2022年度我国棉花加工企业现状及发展趋势 一、棉花加工现状 (一)产业数字化愈发明显 随着"十四五"数字经济发展规划的印发,数字中国建设的不断深入,棉花行业的数字化进程在不断提速,棉花加工生产工艺的智能化、信息化反应在新技术、新工艺中愈加突出.棉花质量数字化也成为未来支撑棉花加工、贸易、流通等环节关键节点的支持作用.
一、棉花打包机的技术进展(一)棉花打包机智能化的进展智能打包机(见图17)采用了适合棉花加工生产线工况的打包机智能调速技术,具有动态性能好、液压油发热少、故障率低的特点,相比非调速打包机耗电减少20%以上。以棉花打包机智能调速、智能捆扎为任务的课题“棉花智能成包与装卸关键技术及装备研发”是国家重点研发项目“棉花智能化提级加工关键技术装备研发”的五个课题之一,智能调速打包机的技术创新推广使用后,能够带来可观的社会与经济效益等。
一、信息不通畅下的棉花行业 随着互联网应用技术的迅速发展,互联网应用范围的拓展,大数据应用也随之渗透到了棉花行业,并且为整个棉花行业的发展提供了数据基础,同时也为改变棉花品质,提高棉花质量提供了分析基础.下面笔者展望一下数据在棉花产业中的应用前景. 棉花是我国最重要的也是播种面积最大的经济作物,其产量稳居我国经济作物之首,棉花种子是发展棉花生产,保证棉花丰收的重要生产资料.近年来,随着商品经济的发展、市场化的深入,种子市场的竞争也在逐渐加剧,各育种公司的竞争也日趋白热化.
In order to explore the new technology of measuring Cotton Fiber Length,we took the enlarged cross-section images of the cotton fiber samples which fixed by embedding technology and the samples were cut through by 10μm-horizontal progressively.When cutting through was repeated,the CCD image acquisition system would shoot the cross-section and input the computer.Three-dimensional image space of a single cotton fiber was reconstituted by data processing through image software.And the real straightened length of each cotton fiber was obtained by calculating.The new technology of measuring Cotton Fiber Length can be proved to be an innovation which can calculate the length distribution of all cotton fiber samples in detail in China.It can be widely used in Textile Industry.
