在简要分析我国石油场地污染特征及所面临形势的基础上,调研了国际典型石油污染事故事件,调查总结了BP、壳牌、埃克森美孚、杜邦公司等国际大型石油和化工企业在场地污染防治方面采取的管理措施.综合上述分析,从加强配套管理和技术机构建设、加强场地环境保护能力建设、加强制度和标准体系建设、加强全生命周期场地环境管理、建立企业场地污染防控资金保障机制等7方面,提出国际石油公司在场地污染防治方面的教训和经验对我国石油企业的借鉴建议,对我国石油行业加强场地污染防控和调查修复工作具有指导作用.
针对风城油田超稠油开发过程中,100 m3缓冲罐蒸汽携带大量微小油滴造成罐体、管线、地面污染的问题,在不改变罐体结构的前提下,研制一种汽液分离环保装置,通过在缓冲罐顶部安装该环保装置,实现汽液完全分离,小液滴最终流入罐内,从而有效解决了蒸汽携带油滴从缓冲罐罐口飘散造成的环境污染问题,环境效益和经济效益显著。

现代工业的发展及各个产业的扩张,使得能源的消耗量不断提高。石油作为能源产业中极为重要的组成部分,产业也得到了长足的发展。由于石油的性质较为特殊,具有易燃易爆易挥发等特点,其生产过程也需要许多配套设施,流程较为复杂,需要做好各个方面的安全措施,并配合完善的监督工作,保障油田生产现场的安全性。本文仅从一般的角度分析了油田安全监督工作的特点、各项影响因素,并提出了几点安全监督措施,包括制定现场监督责任制、现场监督工作程序标准化、转换监督方式、设备监控等,为油田管理人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
近年来,油气田不断加强现场HSE监督检查,规范HSE基础控制,减少存在的安全隐患,使安全生产和生产秩序不断的改善。本文主要探讨了加强油气田现场HSE监督检查的对策。
Taking the thin oily water treatment of Fengcheng Oilfield as an example,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the suspended solids in the sewage treatment system and some water quality indexes including oil content,suspended solids,solids content,median particle diameter,polymer content,bacteria,temperature,sulfide,ferrous iron,and pH value.It finds out the main factors that influence sewage treatment.Moreover it conducts indoor analyses,on-site physical and chemical practice on oil-water suspended solids processing methods to solve the problem of the suspended solids in the sewage treatment system.
This article analyzes and assesses the auditing effect of cleaner production from the aspects of environmental benefits,technical feasibility,economic efficiency and the impact on production.It introduces the auditing work and analyzes material and energy consumption of Fengcheng Oilfield's operation area since it began to implement cleaner production.Besides the article selects 14 cleaner production programs,which include 2 no-cost programs,6 low-cost programs,4 medium-cost programs and 2 high-cost programs and their corresponding implementation rates are 100%, 100%,50%and 100%.Finally the article reaches the following conclusions:saving energy 12091900 kW·h/a, natural gas 2739.25×10~4m~3/a,reducing CO_2 emissions 27682.84 t/a,NO_2 emissions 645.22 t/a,SO_2 emissions 17.35 t/a,dust emissions 396.90 t/a,solid waste discharge 0.12 t/a;cleaner production programs will generate economic benefits up to 42.6332 million yuan/a.Thus,the cleaner production program is environmentally and economically feasible.
At drilling site,each sensor of comprehensive mud logging units currently in use communicates with mud logging unit and gets electricity power from it most through signal wire and cable,adopts two arrangements of wires,that is,concentric wiring and wellsite bus,which not only wastes time and energy,but also easily produces disturbance because there are more electric drives at wellsite.In order to solve these problems,the sensor wireless transmission mode for comprehensive mud logging units were put forward,which adopted the signal wireless transmission technique to make signal transmission wireless,and equipment room can collect the required data from a safety position that is far away from well site,thus it not only can reduce wires and cables installation,avoid accident potentials during wire or cable transmission,but it also can avoid electromagnetic interference,and assure data integrity and accuracy under the current situation that the interferences of drilling equipments are more serious through the corresponding technique.
