Air pollution poses a significant threat to public health, while biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) play a crucial role in both aspects. However, the unclear relationship between BVOCs and air pollutants in the under-canopy space limits the accuracy of air pollution control and the exploitation of forest healthcare functions. To clarify the variation of BVOCs in forest therapy bases, and their impacts on ozone (O3) and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) at nose height, total VOCs (TVOCs) in the forest were collected during typical sunny days, while air pollutants and meteorological factors were observed simultaneously. The results showed that the branch-level emissions of P. tabuliformis were dominated by healthcare-effective monoterpenoids, with only α-pinene having relative air concentrations of over 5 % in forest air samples. The correlation between concentrations of under-canopy TVOCs and emission rates of BVOCs from P. tabuliformis was weak (p > 0.09) in all seasons. However, the correlation between concentrations of TVOCs and the concentrations of O3 and PM2.5 showed clear seasonal differences. In spring, TVOCs only showed a significant negative correlation with PM2.5 in the forest (p < 0.01). In summer and autumn, TVOCs were significantly negatively correlated with both O3 (p < 0.001) and PM2.5 (p < 0.01). Specifically, the negative linear relationships were more pronounced for O3 and oxygenated VOCs in autumn (R2 = 0.40, p < 0.001) than for other relationships. The relationship between air pollutant concentrations inside and outside the forest also showed significant seasonal differences, generally characterized by a weaker correlation between them during seasons of strong emissions. Therefore, BVOCs in coniferous forests are health functions as they can provide healthcare effects and mitigate the concentration of air pollutants in the forest, and the establishment of forest therapy bases in rural areas with low NOx can be a sensible approach to promote good health, well-being, and sustainable development.
Results regarding the association between migraine and risk of stroke are inconsistent. A literature search of the databases (Web of Science, Google Scholar and PubMed) was made before December 2021. STATA 12.0 software was used. Odds ratios (ORs) or relative risks (RRs) and their 95% confidence intervals (CIs) regarding migraine and risk of stroke were computed. Migraine was associated with increased risks of total stroke, ischemic stroke (IS) and haemorrhagic stroke (HS) (total stroke: OR/RR = 1.62; 95% CI: 1.44–1.83, I2 = 95.8%, p < 0.001; IS: OR/RR = 1.70; 95% CI: 1.47–1.98, I2 = 96.1%, p < 0.001; HS: OR/RR = 1.35; 95% CI: 1.11–1.63, I2 = 85.7%, p < 0.001). Migraine with aura was related to increased risks of total stroke, IS and HS (total stroke: OR/RR = 1.95; 95% CI: 1.62–2.34, I2 = 89.7%, p < 0.001; IS: OR/RR = 2.17; 95% CI: 1.78–2.64, I2 = 89.2%, p < 0.001; HS: OR/RR = 1.30; 95% CI: 1.04–1.62, I2 = 46.3%, p = 0.114). Migraine without aura was related to increased risks of total stroke, IS and HS (total stroke: OR/RR = 1.35; 95% CI: 1.18–1.55, I2 = 85.4%, p < 0.001; IS: OR/RR = 1.34; 95% CI: 1.11–1.62, I2 = 87.8%, p < 0.001; HS: OR/RR = 1.29; 95% CI: 1.04–1.61, I2 = 64.8%, p = 0.023). Migraine is associated with a higher risk of total stroke and IS. However, the association between migraine and risk of HS is with more uncertainty.
目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平对老年缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者预后的评估价值.方法:选取85例老年IS患者,根据神经功能缺损程度分为轻度组(n=28)、中度组(n=32)、重度组(n=25);根据颅脑CT评估的脑梗死面积大小分为小面积梗死组(n=26)、中面积梗死组(n=35)和大面积梗死组(n=24);根据90 d预后将患者分为预后良好组(n=52)与预后不良组(n=33).另选取50名同期健康体检者作为对照组.比较各组血清Hcy、CysC水平差异,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清Hcy、CysC对预后的预测效能.结果:相比对照组,IS组血清Hcy、CysC水平均增高(P<0.05).随着神经功能缺损程度加重,患者血清Hcy、CysC水平逐渐增高(P<0.05).随着梗死面积增大,患者血清Hcy、CysC水平逐渐增高(P<0.05).相比预后良好组,预后不良组血清Hcy、CysC水平增高(P<0.05).ROC曲线分析显示,对于老年IS患者预后的预测,Hcy的曲线下面积AUC为0.815,CysC的AUC为0.834,二者联合的AUC为0.902,相比单一指标均提高(P<0.05).结论:血清Hcy、CysC与老年IS患者神经功能缺损程度相关,且可作为预后的预测指标.
[目的]合理的林分密度是风景林经营的关键,为了提升风景林景观质量,应首先确定合理的经营密度.[方法]以北京市西山人工油松Pinus tabulaeformis风景林为研究对象,基于61块20 m×30 m标准样地的林分调查数据,结合空间竞争和树冠半径生长模型研究树冠生长规律并确定油松风景林的合理经营密度.[结果]1)从10个常用竞争指数中确定了相对树冠表面积RCS为最优竞争指数,决定系数最大(R2=0.6506,P<0.01),剩余标准差最小(Sy·x=0.6142,P<0.01);2)经检验,以RCS为修正参数的树冠半径生长模型预测值与实测值之间最大平均误差为-0.53,最大绝对标准误差0.57,潜在树冠半径的预估精度94.53%,单木树冠半径的预估精度为89.03%,能够有效地预测树冠半径生长;3)基于此模型,建立了不同竞争强度、不同立地条件、不同年龄的经营密度表.[结论]树冠对林分密度和空间竞争的敏感性很强,相同立地条件和年龄的林分中,林分密度越大,空间竞争越激烈,树冠生长受到影响越大.基于树冠半径生长模型建立的林分经营密度表,可以直观地展现不同竞争强度的油松人工林在各年龄阶段的树冠半径和适宜的林分密度.风景林经营实践中应按照不同培养目标选择合适的林分密度和竞争强度.开发封闭式观赏景观,宜选择竞争指数为0.8~0.9的中高密度林分;培育观赏型林内景观时,宜选择竞争指数为1.0~1.1时的林分密度;培育观赏型林内景观和开放式林下休闲空间,应控制竞争指数应大于等于1.2.
目的 观察腹针疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期痉挛状态腕手功能障碍的临床疗效及其安全性.方法 将60例受试者按1:1随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予腹针疗法,对照组予常规针刺,每周治疗5次,共治疗3周.观察两组治疗前后的简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)腕手功能评分、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)分级,随访3个月后的Barthel指数评定量表分级,并记录是否有不良反应事件发生.结果 治疗后两组FMA腕手功能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗后两组MAS分级均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访时两组Barthel分级无差异(P>0.05).两组均未发生不良反应事件.结论 腹针疗法能改善缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的腕手功能,缓解痉挛状态,但对患者远期致残率的影响并不优于常规针刺.
目的 观察艾灸联合针刺治疗缺血性卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)Ⅰ期的临床疗效.方法 选取2018年12月-2020年7月北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院针灸科及北京小汤山医院中西医结合康复科住院的120例缺血性率中后SHS Ⅰ期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、无烟艾灸组和艾灸组,各40例.对照组采用常规体针治疗;无烟艾灸组在对照组治疗基础上加无烟艾灸治疗;艾灸组在对照组治疗基础上加正常艾灸治疗.3组治疗周期均为3周,结束后对比3组临床疗效,治疗前后及治疗后4周随访时视觉模拟评分(VAS)、上肢Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)及Barthel指数(BI).结果 3组总有效率中艾灸组最高为85.7%,对照组最低为78.8%,但3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后各组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),FMA及BI评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);艾灸组治疗后BI及4周随访时VAS、FMA、BI评分与对照组、无烟艾灸组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 艾灸联合针刺治疗可减轻缺血性卒中后SHS Ⅰ期患者疼痛,改善局部运动功能,提高生活质量.
Biogenic volatile organic compound (BVOC) is an important part of forest healthcare effect, while it has not received enough attention in urban greenspace construction. Consequently, the aim of this study was to analyze BVOC emission rates and compositions released from leaves and flowers of landscape species in urban greenspace and to make suggestions for species selection and planting configuration in urban greenspace construction. BVOC emissions were collected and analyzed using dynamic flow enclosure technique with GC-MS in summer months (for leaf) and spring months (for flower) from 14 woody landscape species in northern China, which are 2 coniferous species (Pinus tabuliformis and Sabina vulgaris) and 12 broad-leaved species (Viburnum opulus, Kolkwitzia amabilis, Philadelphus pekinensis, Lonicera maackii, Cercis chinensis, Deutzia parviflora, Berberis thunbergia, Kerria japonica, Rosa xanthina, Syringa oblata, Syringa reticulata, and Cerasus serrulata). We found leaf emission rates of coniferous species were more than 20 μg∙g-1Dw∙h-1 and mainly consisted of monoterpenes, while that of sampled broad-leaved species were less than 10 μg∙g-1Dw∙h-1 and mainly consisted of fatty acid derivatives. Most broad-leaved species had relatively high emission rates of flowers, ranging from 15 to 115 μg∙g-1Dw∙h-1. Flower emissions of Syringa oblata and Syringa reticulata contained large amounts of aldehydes, and that of other broad-leaved species mainly contained terpenes, alcohols, and esters. We suggest the species with leaves that release large amounts of monoterpenes, and species with flowers that release large amounts of fragrant compounds are classified as healthcare species, while species with a dense crown and low emission rates of pungent compounds are classified as space-creation species. Based on this, planners could design urban greenspace with healthcare effects, and develop multi-functional, innovative, and sustainable urban greenspaces.
Nocturnal sap flow is an important part of plant sap flow, while it is usually regarded as negligible. Consequently, the aim of this study was to measure nocturnal stem sap flow of Acer truncatum and to determine its driving force in an urban green space. Stomatal aperture was measured using surface impression method in a typical clear day of August. Sap flux density was monitored by a thermal diffusive probe system from July to October. Meanwhile, wind speed (WS), relative humidity, air temperature, precipitation and total solar radiation were monitored by an automatic weather station. We found nocturnal stomatal aperture was about 32% of midmorning, and nocturnal sap flux density was significantly and positively affected by WS and vapor pressure deficit (VPD) (P < 0.001), while nocturnal sap flow volume was significantly and positively related to diurnal sap flow volume (R-2 = 0.30, P < 0.001). The explanation of VPD and WS to nocturnal sap flux density was less than that of diurnal sap flow. The relationship between nocturnal sap flux density and VPD separated into two distinct models. When VPD >= 0.10 kPa, nocturnal sap flux density was significantly and positively correlated with VPD (R-2 = 0.53, P < 0.001), while there was a significant negative correlation between sap flux density and VPD when VPD < 0.10 kPa (R-2 = 0.18, P < 0.001). The variation of sap flux density showed different patterns in different weather conditions. During a clear night, sap flux density showed a decreasing trend with VPD and WS, while sap flux density only showed a similar trend to precipitation during rainfall. We suggest nocturnal sap flow of Acer truncatum is regulated by nocturnal transpiration and stem refilling, and stem refilling is the fundamental force while transpiration promotes sap flow, and the volume is restricted by soil moisture, stem storage water volume, and the water status of the previous day.
[目的]选择与林内小气候舒适度相关的城市森林冠层结构指数,为进一步优化城市森林结构、改善城市森林热环境提供参考.[方法]以与城市森林降温效应相关度较高的一维度冠层结构指标(包括叶面积指数、平均叶倾角、冠层厚度、枝下高、冠高比和冠层通透度)为基础,从林内外空气流动和能量交换的角度,构建多维度城市森林冠层结构指数,通过相关分析筛选对小气候舒适度解释度较高的城市森林冠层结构指数.[结果]一维度冠层结构指标与林内舒适度(S)、舒适度相对变化(Sd)呈弱度相关关系,对S的解释力为0 ~ 30.5%,对Sd的解释力为0~ 53.5%;多维度冠层结构指数对S和Sd的解释程度明显提升,对S的解释力为0~ 37.5%,对Sd的解释力为30.9% ~55.1%;热垂直扩散结构指数和热水平扩散结构指数的协同作用对S的解释程度相对较高(43.5%);垂直冠层指数和树冠垂直均匀指数的协同作用对Sd的解释程度最高(63.9%).[结论]城市森林舒适度和舒适度相对变化受多个冠层结构指标和指数共同影响,所构建的多维度冠层结构指数(包括热垂直扩散结构指数、热水平扩散结构指数、综合热扩散结构指数、垂直冠层指数、树冠均匀指数、树冠垂直均匀指数和冠层综合指数)与林内小气候舒适度及其相对变化相关性较高.
目的:观察长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节病的近、远期临床疗效及安全性.方法:将60例受试者按1:1随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组予长圆针解结法,对照组予假针刺,每周治疗1次,共治疗3次.观察两组治疗前后及随访时膝关节疼痛程度、膝关节生理功能,随访3个月后的患者治疗满意度,并记录是否有不良反应事件发生.结果:治疗后两组膝痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及膝关节西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);随访时治疗组膝痛VAS评分、膝关节WOMAC评分、患者治疗满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义.结论:长圆针解结法可减轻膝骨关节病患者的膝痛程度,改善膝关节生理功能,且较假针刺有更好的近远期疗效.
城市森林是缓解城市热岛效应的重要绿色基础设施.本文探讨影响城市森林降温效应的内、外因素及作用机制,为优化城市森林结构、缓解城市热岛效应提供参考.影响城市森林降温效应的内部因素从单木尺度上主要有树种、树冠结构和树冠形状,从林分尺度上主要有林分类型、林分结构、绿量、林分面积和形状,城区尺度主要应用遥感方法对城市森林降温效应进行研究,主要指标有归一化植被指数、叶面积指数和景观格局指数;影响城市森林降温效应的外部因素有气候、地面类型和经营措施等;内部因素及外部因素通过影响林内外能量的流动和交换,共同影响城市森林降温效应.缓解城市热岛效应,一方面要加强理论研究,重视温度场理论,结合地面观测与遥感解译,充分研究林分结构与城市森林能量传输的关系,另一方面需加强城市森林的经营管理,从促进热量交换的角度优化林分结构,合理布局城市建筑、森林和水体等基础设施,实现降温效应最大化.
北京山区侧柏Platycladus orientalis人工林在发挥生态服务功能的同时,其景观质量也备受关注,林内景观质量受美学质量和林分结构质量共同影响.综合考虑美学质量与林分结构质量,对北京山区侧柏人工林进行林内景观质量分级.通过相关分析筛选与林内美景度显著相关的林分结构指标,通过因子分析和逐步回归分析构建美景度模型,使用TOPSIS法和系统聚类分析对林内景观质量进行分级.结果显示:①平均胸径、 林分密度、 平均枝下高、 灌木盖度、 透视距离、 郁闭度、 径高比与美景度呈显著相关(P<0.05),林下有效空间与美景度呈极显著相关(P<0.01);②二次多项式逐步回归模型能够更好地解释林分结构与美景度间的关系;③将山区侧柏人工林分为高质(Ⅰ级)、 中等(Ⅱ级)、 低质(Ⅲ级)3个等级,选择在各等级间差异显著的平均胸径、 林分密度、 平均枝下高、径高比、 林下有效空间指标作为划分等级的主要参考依据.林内景观质量等级较高的林地,树木粗壮且长势较好,林分密度不宜过大,枝下高较高且林下灌木较低矮,具有一定的林下空间,林内可进入性较高.
构建表征大叶黄杨形态观赏性指数并研究不同生长抑制剂对大叶黄杨观赏指数的影响.在北京市鹫峰苗圃,将不同质量浓度的3种生长抑制剂(脱落酸ABA(A)、多效唑PP333(P)以及三碘苯甲酸TIBA(T))以L27(313)正交设计方案混合,并用其对密植成绿篱状的大叶黄杨扦插苗进行叶面喷施,选取10个灌木观赏性相关指标,采用因子分析法构建叶片光彩度指数、分枝度指数、叶形态指数及绿度指数4个观赏性指数,分析生长抑制剂对各观赏性指数的影响.结果表明:脱落酸对叶片光彩度、叶形态以及分枝度均有抑制作用,对叶绿度有促进作用,且较高质量浓度脱落酸对叶光彩度及形态的抑制作用较低,较低质量浓度脱落酸对分枝度的抑制作用较低;多效唑对叶形态有较好促进作用,较低质量浓度多效唑对分枝度及叶绿度的负面作用较低;三碘苯甲酸对光彩度、叶形态以及分枝度均有抑制作用,且抑制作用随三碘苯甲酸质量浓度增加而增强,低质量浓度三碘苯甲酸对三者观赏性的负效应较低,三碘苯甲酸对叶绿度有显著促进作用,且促进作用随三碘苯甲酸质量浓度增加而增强.脱落酸、多效唑、三碘苯甲酸以及三者交互作用通过影响叶片光彩度、分枝度、叶绿度及叶形态而影响大叶黄杨篱观赏性.
目的]探究抑制剂对大叶黄杨生长的抑制作用以及对其叶片形态和光合作用的影响,为灌木绿篱的化学修剪提供技术指导。[方法]在北京林业大学林场苗圃采用3种生长抑制剂(多效唑(PP 333 )、三碘苯甲酸(TIBA)以及脱落酸(ABA))对密植成绿篱状的1年生大叶黄杨扦插苗进行叶面喷施,对其生长、叶片形态及光合作用等指标进行测定。[结果]3种抑制剂均有矮化植株、抑制新梢生长的作用,矮化效果最佳、抑制作用最强的为PP 333 ,且高浓度PP 333 对于高生长的抑制作用持效性较长。叶宽、叶厚以及叶面积在短期PP 333 处理下高于对照。PP 333 能提高大叶黄杨净光合速率,主要通过增加叶厚、气孔导度、叶肉导度及叶绿素含量来实现,并且PP 333 使蒸腾速率提高的同时降低了水分利用效率。TIBA有显著减小叶长、叶宽的作用,但能使叶厚增加,且随浓度的增加作用效果增强,主要通过减小叶面积,降低叶肉导度、气孔导度、胞间CO 2 浓度及叶绿素含量来降低净光合速率。ABA能增加叶面积(10 mg·L -1 处理除外)、叶长以及减小叶片厚度,通过抑制气孔导度、叶肉导度、叶绿素含量降低净光合速率。TI-BA及ABA均通过降低蒸腾速率,使水分利用效率提高。[结论]3种抑制剂均有矮化植株、抑制新梢生长的作用,并且影响叶片发育,进而影响叶片光合作用,且800 mg·L -1 的多效唑对大叶黄杨具有较好的正向作用。
Accurate diagnosis of tree health is the foundation of urban forest management as well as a technology urgently needed in the production. Tree health diagnosis through the analysis of the soil and plant nutrient health shows poor reliability while morphological diagnosis appears time-consuming and laborious, so how to diagnose the tree health fast, accurately and nondestructively has become an important technical bottlenecks of urban trees health management. This paper, took ginkgo trees in Beijing as the research object, has studied the trees health diagnosis technology based on the leaf spectral reflectance characteristics. Based on the clustering analysis of 13 exterior shape features, trees were divided to four healthy levels, excellent, good, fair, and poor. Leaf pigment content between different healthy levels of trees is extremely significant different (p<0.001). Because there is relationship between the spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content, the tree leaf spectral reflectance characteristics used for health diagnosis is feasible. Adopted the factor analysis, we constructed green degree index, index of pigment, trilateral index, reflecting leaf spectral reflectance characteristics, according to 15 leaf spectral reflectance indices. Leaf spectral reflectance indexes and three reflection spectrum indexes between different healthy levels of trees had extremely significant difference (p<0.001). Three reflection spectrum indexes were used to construct the multiple quadratic model of the ginkgo trees health evaluation, with prediction accuracy of up to 79%. Therefore, this method can be used as a rapid diagnosis method to evaluate ginkgo trees health. This study selected relatively comprehensive and concise spectral indexes, determined the comprehensive score and score range for the tree core morphological index, green degree index, index of pigment, trilateral index of leaves of different healthy levels of trees. It provides a standard for the health diagnosis of ginkgo trees in practical forest management.
[目的]林分密度、灌草盖度和树干形态是影响风景林林内景观质量的重要因子,本文从色彩斑块景观指数变化特点角度,对北京油松人工风景林林内景观质量形成机理进行探讨.[方法]通过林内景观画面的色彩斑块结构特点解析,研究了林分密度、灌草盖度和树干形态变化对林内景观指数的影响.[结果]林分密度对斑块分裂指数(SPI)有显著影响,SPI随林分密度的增大而减小;灌草盖度对聚集度指数(AI)、景观形状指数(LSI)有显著影响,随灌草盖度增大两个指数均增大;树干形态对辛普森均匀度指数( SIEI)有极显著影响,对LSI有显著影响,LSI在树干弯曲与通直并存时数值较大,SIEI在树干通直时数值较大;林分密度与灌草盖度的交互作用对LSI、SPI、SIEI有显著影响,3个指数随林分密度的增大而减小,随灌草盖度的增大而增大.林分密度与树干形态的交互作用对LSI、SIEI有显著影响,两个指数随林分密度的增大而减小,LSI在树干弯曲与通直并存时数值较大,SIEI在树干通直时数值较大;灌草盖度与树干形态的交互作用对SIEI有显著影响,SIEI随灌草盖度的增大而增大,在树干弯曲与通直并存时数值较大.[结论]林分密度、灌草盖度、树干形态及其交互作用均对林内景观指数有显著影响.主要原因是结构要素的变化引起视域内斑块数量以及形状的改变从而引起斑块指数的变化.
[目的] 以期探明天然风景林不同林分密度、不同混交度条件下树木形态的变化规律,及林分密度、混交度及其交互作用对不同大小树木个体形态特征的影响机理.[方法] 采用综合指数法建立4个树木形态指数,通过分析65块样地的林分空间结构信息与样地内1 891株林木个体各形态指数的关系,研究林分密度和混交度对长白山天然风景林树冠、树干形态及干冠协调程度的影响.[结果] 林分密度对各树木形态指数均产生极显著影响(P<0. 01),并与林木空间占有指数、干冠协调指数、树冠扩展指数呈负相关关系,与干形通直指数呈正相关关系,林木空间占有指数、干冠协调指数在各径级树木个体上受密度的影响均达到显著水平( P<0. 000 5),树冠扩展指数、干形通直指数受林分密度的影响分别只在中径级(P<0. 000 5)和小径级(P=0. 017)树木个体中达到显著水平;混交度与林木空间占有指数、干冠协调指数、干形通直指数呈负相关关系,与树形扩展指数呈正相关关系,其中对干冠协调指数的影响达到显著水平(P<0. 000 5),并且在小径级树木和大径级树木个体上作用分别达到极显著(P<0. 000 5)和显著(P=0. 038)水平;密度和混交度的交互作用对干冠协调指数产生极显著影响(P<0. 000 5),林分密度对干冠协调指数的影响程度随混交度的增大而呈现先增后减的趋势,混交度对干冠协调指数的影响程度随林分密度的增大而呈现先减后增的趋势.[结论] 林分密度和混交度通过改变风景林树木的邻体竞争关系,进而显著影响风景林树木个体的树冠、树干形态及其协调关系,其中林分密度是主导因素,在研究范围内高于1 200株·hm-2的林分密度会抑制各径级树木体积的增大和干冠形态比例协调程度的提升,混交度在林分密度高于1 600株·hm-2或小于800株·hm-2时显著影响大径级和小径级树木个体干冠形态的协调性,低密度中度混交的林分最有利于树木个体干冠形态的协调发展.
Objective To compare the efficacy of Wang Juyi meridian regulating method for determining abnormal meridians versus syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection in the textbook in treating stroke patients and analyze whether this method has an advantage in discriminating and treating stroke disorders. Method One hundred and thirty-eight stroke patients were allocated, in order of visits, to treatment and control groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 20 treatments and compared at three months after treatment. The Stroke Specific Quality of Life (SS-QOL) scale score, meridian distribution state and correlation between syndrome type and meridian distribution were used as indicators. Result In the treatment group, the SS-QOL score had a statistically significant difference after treatment and at three months after that compared with before (both P<0.05), indicating that the quality of life improved in the treatment group of stroke patients. There was no statistically significant difference in the SS-QOL score after treatment (P>0.05) but there was at three months after treatment (P<0.05) between the two groups, indicating that after stroke the quality of life improved more in the treatment group than in the control group. In the stroke patients,meridian abnormality mainly occurred in hand and foot Taiyin, hand and foot Yangming, foot Jueyin and hand and foot Shaoyang meridians and seldom in hand and foot Taiyang, foot Shaoyin, Ren and Du meridians. There was a correlation between every syndrome type and a certain meridian. Conclusion Meridians have a specific distribution in stroke patients. There is a correlation between different syndrome type and the corresponding meridian. In stroke patients, Wang Juyi meridian regulating method can improve the quality of life in discriminating and treating stroke disorders.
以林内景观斑块结构为基础,对北京市各类公园游憩型景观林景观斑块特征进行了分析.北京市各类公园游憩型景观林可分为中密度锻炼型景观林、中密度休闲型景观林、中高密度锻炼型景观林、高密度休闲型景观林、低密度综合景观林等5类.而具有低林分密度、高草本覆盖、适量灌木覆盖、丰富的色彩数量、乔草或乔灌草结构的林内景观更符合大众审美.在16个景观斑块要素中,景观密度越大,色彩斑块的SHDI越低,草本覆盖率越高PLADJ和AI越高、而NP、PD、景观斑块形状指数LSI越低.景观指数变化对林内景观美景度影响程度依次为SPLIT>CONTAG>PAF>SIEI>SHDI.随着美景度等级降低,CONTAG呈现线性递减趋势,而PAF、SPLIT、SHDI和SIEI呈现非线性变化趋势.高密度和整齐划一式的林木排列以及简单的林下植被在一定程度上简化了林内景观要素的复杂性,并不利于提高林内景观质量,适当增加树种丰富度,通过提高垂直层次数量和多样化的林下植被,使用提高林下植被近自然程度、采取规则式和非规则式树木排列方式相结合的多样化水平空间配置,将有益于提高林下植被斑块色彩多样性,并可有效地提高林内景观质量.
