利用环境舱法测定不同涂刷工艺的木家具面板在舱内一段时间的挥发性有机化合物释放量,结果表明,相同涂刷工艺的同种木家具样品所测得的挥发性有机化合物释放量相近,不同涂刷工艺的同种木家具面板样品中挥发性有机化合物释放量有一定差别,而同种涂刷工艺的不同木家具面板样品中挥发性有机化合物的释放量也不同.采用UV底漆涂刷的面板样品的挥发性有机化合物释放量相对最低,测试结果满足木家具中挥发性有机化合物的释放限量要求.
建立了沙发面料中痕量VOCs分析方法.本方法将沙发面料样品置于特定条件下的采样袋中,以Tenax管富集,用热脱附-气相色谱质谱(TD-GC-MS)进行分析.对样品前处理条件和分析条件进行了优化,线性范围为(5~100)ng,相关系数R2为0.9981~0.9998,检测限为(0.002~0.010)mg·m-3,平均加标回收率为86.4%~100.5%,RSD(n=7)为1.2%~5.9%.该方法模拟样品实际使用条件,符合沙发革日常使用下的VOCs释放现状,适用于沙发革中痕量挥发性有机化合物的测试分析,可作为现有皮革和人造革VOCs测试方法的补充.

Pyrolysis apparatus was designed and manufactured for pyrolysis of RDF.By digesting the heavy metal contents including Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr and Zn in the pyrolysis residues,it was found that:the heavy metal contents in the residues decreased with increasing pyrolysis temperature and increasing oxygen content;at the same temperature,the lower boiling point of the heavy metal has the lower mass fraction it occupies.
