酚醛泡沫以甲阶酚醛树脂为主要原料,由于其优异的保温和阻燃性能在保温领域具有广阔的应用前景.但是,酚醛泡沫在成型过程中通过酸性(催化)固化剂固化成型,金属材料与泡沫体接触时容易受到腐蚀.为了降低金属被腐蚀的可能性,在不影响酚醛泡沫其他优良性能的前提下,通过选择合适的碱性填料、用酯固化作用取代酸固化剂、合成吸酸剂等方法降低酚醛泡沫的酸性.
建立了沙发面料中痕量VOCs分析方法.本方法将沙发面料样品置于特定条件下的采样袋中,以Tenax管富集,用热脱附-气相色谱质谱(TD-GC-MS)进行分析.对样品前处理条件和分析条件进行了优化,线性范围为(5~100)ng,相关系数R2为0.9981~0.9998,检测限为(0.002~0.010)mg·m-3,平均加标回收率为86.4%~100.5%,RSD(n=7)为1.2%~5.9%.该方法模拟样品实际使用条件,符合沙发革日常使用下的VOCs释放现状,适用于沙发革中痕量挥发性有机化合物的测试分析,可作为现有皮革和人造革VOCs测试方法的补充.
