新工科建设背景下,为提高航海类专业毕业生素质和职业能力,基于成果导向教育理念,分析航海类专业本科毕业生论文质量问题,建立基于OBE理念的毕业论文质量提升模型,分别从课程体系、产学融合和本科生导师制三个方面提出提高航海类专业本科毕业论文质量的改革措施.

This paper introduces the principle, technical characteristics and application cases of Virtual Reality（VR） at home and abroad, and indicates the prospect for the application of VR technology in the domain of maritime administration from six aspects, including simulated teaching of maritime law-enforcement personnel, crew assessment, remote simulated opencontainer inspection, navigation service, maritime investigation and simulated emergent drill. It also puts forward the problems and countermeasures of VR technology on its application in maritime safety supervision and provides reference for the effective integration of VR and maritime administration.

船舶大型化、日益增大的船舶交通流和受多种因素影响的通航水域的复杂性,对海上船舶交通管理提出了更高要求.相对于需要巨大投资的通航水域"硬件"条件的改善,科学合理的船舶交通组织管理是保证船舶安全、缓解拥塞、提高航道通航效率的一种性价比高且实用的途径.因此,研究复杂水域的船舶交通组织具有重要的意义.从研究对象、内容、方法等方面梳理了复杂水域船舶交通组织的研究现状、分析了现有文献研究的特点以及取得的成果,并在此基础上结合实际需求从五个方面为下一步复杂水域船舶交通组织的研究方向提供了参考.

为有效打击船舶非法载运危化品谎报、匿报等违法行为,针对海事监管中缺少有效手段对申报的危化品货物与实际装运货物一致性进行快速检测的问题,在分析海运危化品监管现状的基础上,通过对比常用危化品快速检测方法,结合离子迁移谱技术发展及其在海运危化品快速检测方面的应用,探讨基于快速检测技术的海运危化品监管新模式.

为了避免船舶在单锚泊状态下由于偏荡振幅过大导致的走锚或锚链断裂现象,在分析船舶偏荡运动特性的基础上,通过实船测量得出偏荡特征参数随风力的变化曲线,并研究其规律,进而得出船舶横"8"字偏荡运动的原因,研究过程及结论对单锚泊船舶预防走锚及船舶模拟器的开发具有一定的参考意义.

Four kinds of grey correlation models based on slope were compared, and their pros and cons were analyzed. Models of grey slope incidence and grey slope similarity incidence were applied according to the statistical data on human error in ship collision accidents, and the results were compared with other ones obtained by using the DengShi correlation model. Research shows that the models of grey slope incidence and grey slope similarity incidence are not influenced by the positive and negative of variable value in sequences and particularity of two sequence's trends of development. The models of grey slope incidence and grey slope similarity incidence are proved to be feasible and practical in maritime research field.
