As a new type of highly effective nanometer antibacterial material, nanosilver has a broad-spectrum antibacterial ability, high antibacterial efficiency, and good antiinflammatory properties. At present, it is widely used in various fields of stomatology. The antibacterial mechanism and application of nano-silver was reviewed for the field of oral implantology, and the antibacterial research prospect of nano-silver were forecasted.
随着口腔种植技术的不断发展和人们生活水平的提高,临床上越来越多的无牙领和终末牙列患者选择全牙列种植固定修复.在进行全牙列种植固定修复前,医生根据患者的术前资料,正确评估牙槽骨质量,进行个性化以修复为导向的术前外科设计十分重要.外科设计包括牙槽骨修整,牙槽骨骨量不足时进行的骨增量手术以及为了避免骨增量选择的种植体倾斜植入、穿颧种植、穿翼板种植、下领神经侧移、短种植体植入、窄径种植体植入和绕过神经管植入种植体等.由于骨增量手术后常规植入种植体手术创伤大、治疗周期长、患者治疗舒适度差、治疗费用高以及不能即刻修复等缺点,所以进行术前外科设计时,应选择创伤更小、舒适度更高、手术成本更低和治疗周期更短的手术方案.本文就全牙列种植固定修复的术前牙槽骨的评估和手术方案作一综述.
目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞分泌细胞外囊泡(BMSCs-EVs)对大鼠软骨细胞(CHs)的影响.方法:体外培养并鉴定大鼠BMSCs后使用超速离心法分离BMSCs-EVs,并对BMSCs-EVs进行鉴定及内吞实验;采用不同浓度BMSCs-EVs处理大鼠CHs,ki67免疫荧光染色法检测细胞增殖活性;Western blot检测细胞增殖相关蛋白;划痕实验和Transwell实验检测细胞的迁移能力;miRNA测序技术解释其相关机制.结果:成功分离鉴定BMSCs-EVs并证明BMSCs-EVs可有效进入CHs中.BMSCs-EVs剂量依赖性促进CHs增殖和迁移.miRNA测序结果表明BMSCs-EVs可能通过释放多种miRNA调控CHs迁移和增殖.结论:BMSCs-EVs可促进CHs的增殖和迁移能力,可能与BMSCs-EVs中的miRNA相关.
With the theoretical analysis of the fly ash and chlorine saline soil physical and chemical composition,using unconsolidated undrained test of chlorine saline soil improved by fly ash,through conventional triaxial shear apparatus,studying the influence of fly ash doped amount and salinity as well as other factors on the shear strength with its indicators,come to a conclusion that adding a certain ratio of fly ash in the chlorine saline soil can be very good to increase its intensity when the more fly ash the higher of intensity within the trial dosage.When use the same fly ash doped amount to improve the amount of chlorine saline soil in different salinity,the shear intensity of improved chlorine saline soil and its indicators in the context of within salinity will reduce gradually increasing as the salinity.Using fly ash can increase the intensity of improved chlorine saline soil,but the impact of fly ash on the intensity of chlorine saline soil does not change the intensity of its own laws in the unsaturated chlorine saline soil.
Because of high salt content in saline soil,its high compressibility and lixiviation collapse have a tremendous influence on the engineering construction.This paper explores its deformation characteristics by using 2%,5%,8% of chlorine saline soil as an object of study,which is prepared with Yangling loess soil and NaCl,incorporating 0,10%,15%,20%,25% fly ash.By compression and collapsibility tests,deformation characteristics are studied on the influence of fly ash content.The possibility of improvement of saline with fly ash is put forward in terms of deformation.The experiment results show that when the fly ash accounts for 20%,the saline has best performance-lower compressibility,the lowest karst collapse coefficient among the chlorine saline with various salt contents.
