A dequate keratinized mucosa thickness is essential for the long-term health and esthetics of the peri-implant area. All along, for patients with soft tissue defects, FGG is the most commonly used treatment method. Although it can achieve better therapeutic effects, it also causes significant secondary injury areas. Objective : To achieve minimally invasive soft tissue augmentation without sutures, using tent pins to fix the soft tissue and ensure more reliable tissue stabilization. Materials and methods : This article describes a novel soft tissue augmentation technique that replaces conventional FGG with a combination of bone trephine and tack fixation. Results : All patients with this technique showed an improvement in their keratinized mucosal thickness in 1 month. No complications were observed, and all cases achieved tension-free healing and aesthetic outcomes. Conclusion : Pin technique has emerged as a reliable and predictable minimally invasive treatment approach for addressing insufficient peri-implant keratinized gingiva.
This study investigates the role of PDGFRβ+ dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) in dental pulp vascular development by remodeling the extracellular matrix (ECM), with implications for angiogenesis and pulp regeneration using GelMA hydrogels. PDGFRβ+ DPSCs were assessed for ECM remodeling and angiogenesis via secretion of ECM proteins (FN, LAMA4, COL1A2). Immunofluorescence and gene expression analyses were performed to evaluate ECM composition and related signaling pathways. GelMA hydrogels loaded with PDGFRβ+ DPSCs were tested for angiogenic support in vitro (HUVEC tube formation) and in vivo (subcutaneous implantation in mice for 6 weeks). PDGFRβ+ DPSCs enhanced ECM deposition and modulated angiogenic signaling, promoting vascular development. Encapsulation in GelMA hydrogels supported HUVEC tube formation and facilitated organized pulp-like tissue with increased ECM and angiogenesis in vivo. Integrin pathway inhibition diminished these effects, highlighting the importance of ECM-integrin signaling in angiogenesis. PDGFRβ+ DPSCs regulate dental pulp vascular development through ECM remodeling. Their encapsulation in GelMA hydrogels provides a promising strategy for pulp regeneration by establishing an ECM-mediated angiogenic environment, offering potential for clinical pulp-dentin complex repair.
Background: This study aimed to explore the differential effects of photobiomodulation (PBM) via 980 nm and 810 nm lasers on the hard tissue healing of rat alveolar sockets, with a focus on a comparative analysis of hard tissue regeneration and osteogenic gene expression. Objective: This study aimed to explore the effects of PBM using 980 nm and 810 nm lasers on hard tissue healing of rat alveolar sockets, focusing on hard tissue regeneration and osteogenic gene expression. Materials and Methods: Thirty-six male Wistar rats (5 weeks old) had both right and left maxillary first molars extracted. Post extraction, the right alveolar sockets received PBM treatment with either 980 nm (0.3 W, 18 J/cm2) or 810 nm (0.1 W, 6 J/cm2) lasers for seven days, whereas the left sockets served as controls. Rats were euthanized on days 3, 7, 14, and 28 for histopathological, immunohistochemical, micro computed tomography (micro-CT), and quantitative polymerase chain reactionanalyses. Results: On day 3, early granulation tissue, neovascularization, and inflammatory cell aggregates were observed in all groups. By day 7, active osteoclasts and osteoblasts were noted, with a significant increase in CD31-positive cells in the 980 nm group (p < 0.05). Day 14 showed new bone formation, and by day 28, increased cancellous bone and collagen content were present in all groups, with no significant differences between them (p > 0.05). Gene expression analysis revealed higher BMP-2 and Runx-2 levels in laser-treated groups on day 14 (p < 0.05), with the 980 nm group having higher BMP-2 levels than the 810 nm group (p < 0.05). Bone sialoprotein expression was higher in laser-treated groups on days 14 and 28 (p < 0.05), and osteocalcin expression was highest in the 980 nm group on both days (p < 0.05). Micro-CT analysis showed no significant differences among groups in bone mineral density, bone surface (BS)/bone volume (BV), or bone volume (BV)/TV (total volume) indices. Conclusion: PBM with 980 nm and 810 nm lasers promotes early-stage hard tissue healing in extraction sockets, with the 980 nm laser more effectively enhancing osteogenic gene expression, suggesting its potential as an adjunctive therapy in dental and oral surgery.
Objectives Despite being an important research topic in oral biomaterials, few studies have demonstrated the differences between poly( d , l -lactide-co-glycolide)/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/HA) and poly( d , l -lactic acid)/hydroxyapatite (PDLLA/HA). In this study, PLGA/HA and PDLLA/HA scaffolds were prepared using three-dimensional (3D) printing technology and implanted into radius defects in rabbits to assess their effects on bone regeneration. Methods In this study, 6 mm × 4 mm bone defects were generated in the bilateral radii of rabbits. 3D-printed PLGA/HA and PDLLA/HA scaffolds were implanted into the defects. X-ray imaging, micro-computed tomography, and hematoxylin–eosin staining were performed to observe the degradation of the materials, the presence of new bone, and bone remodeling in the bone defect area. Results The PLGA/HA scaffolds displayed complete degradation at 20 weeks, whereas PDLLA/HA scaffolds exhibited incomplete degradation. Active osteoblasts were detected in both groups. The formation of new bone, bone marrow cavity reconstruction, and cortical bone remodeling were better in the PLGA/HA group than in the PDLLA/HA group. Conclusions PLGA/HA scaffolds performed better than PDLLA/HA scaffolds in repairing bone defects, making the former scaffolds more suitable as bone substitutes at the same high molecular weight.

随着口腔种植技术的不断发展和人们生活水平的提高,临床上越来越多的无牙领和终末牙列患者选择全牙列种植固定修复.在进行全牙列种植固定修复前,医生根据患者的术前资料,正确评估牙槽骨质量,进行个性化以修复为导向的术前外科设计十分重要.外科设计包括牙槽骨修整,牙槽骨骨量不足时进行的骨增量手术以及为了避免骨增量选择的种植体倾斜植入、穿颧种植、穿翼板种植、下领神经侧移、短种植体植入、窄径种植体植入和绕过神经管植入种植体等.由于骨增量手术后常规植入种植体手术创伤大、治疗周期长、患者治疗舒适度差、治疗费用高以及不能即刻修复等缺点,所以进行术前外科设计时,应选择创伤更小、舒适度更高、手术成本更低和治疗周期更短的手术方案.本文就全牙列种植固定修复的术前牙槽骨的评估和手术方案作一综述.
This study aimed to assess effects of 3-dimensionally (3D) printed poly-d,l-lactin (PDLLA) on human alveolar bone-derived mesenchymal stem cell (h-ABMSC) osteogenic proliferation and differentiation. Human ABMSCs were cultured and identified using flow cytometry and morphological analysis. Control and PDLLA experimental groups were assessed using a Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) to detect cellular cytotoxicity and proliferative activity. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to determine expression levels of osteogenesis genes including alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx-2), osteopontin (OPN), and osteocalcin (OCN). The results showed that h-ABMSCs were successfully cultured and revealed by microscopic observation. Human ABMSCs were spindle-shaped, with clustered and fish-like primary cells. Cell surface markers were negative for CD34 and positive for CD44 and CD90. PDLLA had no cytotoxicity. Human ABMSCs proliferated normally, and osteogenic differentiation of the cells was observed on the surface of PDLLA. Cellular proliferative activity and expression levels of osteogenesis-related genes of PDLLA and control groups showed no significant difference, including ALP, Runx-2, OPN, and OCN. These results suggest that 3D-printed PDLLA has good cell compatibility and biological activity.
目的 探究不同高度3D打印的聚乳酸支架植入骨缺损区域对于种植体IT值及ISQ值的影响.方法 利用3D打印技术制备不同高度的聚乳酸支架,将支架植入预备的对应深度牛肋骨骨缺损区域,分为单纯骨缺损对照组和骨缺损+支架实验组.同时植入种植体,测量种植体植入时扭矩(insertion torque value,IT Value),Osstell松动度测定仪检测种植体松动度值(implant stability quotient,ISQ).结果 在骨缺损深度8、6 mm时,实验组IT值明显大于对照组(P<0.01);在骨缺损深度4、2 mm时,实验组IT值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在骨缺损深度8、6、4、2 mm时,实验组ISQ值明显大于对照组(P<0.01).结论 在骨缺损中植入PLA支架能够有效增加种植体的IT值及ISQ值,尤其是骨缺损在4 mm以上者更为有效.
目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞分泌细胞外囊泡(BMSCs-EVs)对大鼠软骨细胞(CHs)的影响.方法:体外培养并鉴定大鼠BMSCs后使用超速离心法分离BMSCs-EVs,并对BMSCs-EVs进行鉴定及内吞实验;采用不同浓度BMSCs-EVs处理大鼠CHs,ki67免疫荧光染色法检测细胞增殖活性;Western blot检测细胞增殖相关蛋白;划痕实验和Transwell实验检测细胞的迁移能力;miRNA测序技术解释其相关机制.结果:成功分离鉴定BMSCs-EVs并证明BMSCs-EVs可有效进入CHs中.BMSCs-EVs剂量依赖性促进CHs增殖和迁移.miRNA测序结果表明BMSCs-EVs可能通过释放多种miRNA调控CHs迁移和增殖.结论:BMSCs-EVs可促进CHs的增殖和迁移能力,可能与BMSCs-EVs中的miRNA相关.
目的:分析影响口腔种植体脱落的相关因素,为临床提高种植修复成功率提供依据并为口腔种植医生提供参考.方法:收集2015年10月至2017年10月在内蒙古自治区人民医院口腔种植中心的患者病例497例,种植体脱落患者11例为研究对象,对种植体植入后出现了松动、 脱落的原因进行分析和探讨.结果:统计期间种植手术497例(783枚种植体),种植脱落患者11例(12枚种植体),种植早期失败病例多于晚期失败(P<0.05);种植失败位点后牙区多于前牙区(P<0.05),尤其上颌后牙区多见;患者的年龄、 性别对种植体脱落也有影响(P<0.05).结论:种植体脱落可能是由于种植体植入角度偏差、 过早的承担负荷力等其他多种因素导致.
目的:通过对2015年10月-2017年10月内蒙古自治区人民医院口腔种植中心收治的牙种植患者牙槽骨骨质量进行回顾分析,总结种植患者牙槽骨骨质量的基本情况.方法:记录387例种植患者的年龄、性别、种植部位及骨质量分类,通过Excel和SPSS 22.0软件包对其相关资料进行统计及回顾分析.结果:387例患者中,骨质量分类集中在Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类,Ⅰ类骨较少,无Ⅳ类骨.种植部位主要集中在后牙区,下颌后牙区缺失牙所占比例最大,其中上颌后牙区Ⅲ类骨比例最高;下前牙区Ⅱ类骨比例最高.女性患者多于男性患者,并且患者的年龄范围大多在20~60岁之间,各年龄段骨质量均以Ⅲ类居多.行附加手术的患者中,Ⅲ类骨人数最多.结论:不同种植位点处骨质组成不同;年龄、性别对牙槽骨骨质量有一定影响,在骨质量较差的部位,种植附加手术的比例增高,不同类型骨质量对种植失败率也有一定影响.
STAT3在头颈部肿瘤如鼻咽癌中异常表达,参与细胞的增殖、凋亡等生理过程,并与肿瘤放射敏感性密切相关[1],然而,其在口腔舌鳞癌中作用机制及对细胞放射的影响研究较少.本研究旨在探讨沉默STAT3表达对口腔舌鳞癌细胞生长和放射的影响及其机制.
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic imaging characteristics and differential diagnosis of epidermoid cyst with high-frequency ultrasound.Methods The sonographic features and clinical data of 98 cases diagnosed as epidermoid cyst had been retrospective studied. Sonographic appearances of epidermoid cyst were compared with that of sebaceous glands, inflammatory mass, neurilemmoma, lipomas respectively. All the lesions were confirmed by surgery and approved by pathologic diagnosis.Results Among 98 lesions, 91 cases were diagnosed epidermoid cyst, the accuracy rate of diagnosis of epidermoid cyst were 93% (91/98), 7 cases were misdiagnosis. The location of lesions was found in skin or subcutaneous, which were commonly seen in hip, around the neck and back, limbs joint. The shape of lesions was round or oval. A total of 98 lesions were detected in 95 patients and the features of images could be classified into 3 types including of 39 cases of homogeneous echo pattern, 55 inhomogeneous echo pattern, 6 mixed echo pattern which had the onionskin-like appearance and hyperechogenicity around the rim. Most of all lesions were well-defined on sonograms, posterior enhancement and no color Doppler flow signals. There was statistically significant difference in shape, margin, echogenicity, vaseularity and posterior acoustic enhancement in epidermoid cyst compared with that of inflammatory mass, lipomas. There was no statistically significant difference in shape, margin in epidermoid cyst compared with that of sebaceous cyst, neurilemmoma.Conclusion s There were characteristic features of epidermiod cysts in ultrasounography. The epidermoid cyst could be diagnosed and differential diagnosed exactly by sonography.
目的:研究口腔前牙区人工牙种植实施要点及预后情况.方法:选取我院(自)2013年3月至2016年2月收治的160例(上前)牙缺失患者,所有患者均采用Nobelreplace种植系统进行人工牙种植,对160例患者的临床相关资料进行回顾分析,观察了解患者的种植体成功率、舒适度及不良预后情况等.结果:对所有患者进行分析后显示,160例患者中,种植体成功率为97.50%(156/160),种植舒适度为94.38%(151/160),其中有27例患者出现轻、重度牙龈红肿(16.88%),8例患者出现种植体松动(5.00%),10例患者出现牙槽骨吸收(6.25%).结论:采用Nobelreplace种植系统行口腔前牙区人工牙种植修复,种植手术成功率比较高,在术后患者应定期复查及准确保养等,以将提高(种植体的远期成功率).
Objective:To investigate the effects of PTEN on proliferation and apoptosis of periodontal ligament cells induced by hydrogen peroxide.Methods:Human periodontal ligament cells were isolated and cultured in vitro,and then transfected with PTEN small interfering RNA or small interfering RNA negative control.After H2O2 treatment,PTEN expression was detected in cells by Western blot.Results:PTEN expression was inhibited in hu man periodontal ligament cells transfected with PTEN small interfering RNA.Conclusion:Interference of PTEN expression could inhibit the apoptosis and the proliferation of human periodontal ligament cells induced by H2O2.
目的 探讨拔牙后牙槽嵴位点保存在口腔种植学中的应用价值.方法 选取我院在2014年1月至2016年3月收治的210例拔牙患者,所有患者在拔牙后均进行牙槽嵴位点保存,且均进行6至24个月的随访,观察分析所有患者的种植体成功率及牙槽骨宽度、高度的变化情况.结果 所有患者在随访期间观察显示,210例患者均成功植入种植体,成功率为100.00%,患者的牙槽嵴高度降低(0.9±0.3)rnm,颊舌向间宽度降低(1.7±0.3)mm.结论 拔牙后行牙槽嵴位点保存,能够将种植体成功率明显提高,具有重要的应用价值.
目的:观察分析口腔修复膜材料在牙种植引导骨再生中应用效果,为选择优质的口腔修复膜材料提供理论基础.方法:将我院口腔科于2015年1月-2016年10月收治的350例牙缺失患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组的175例患者采用可吸收的海奥修复膜实施牙种植修复,对照组的175例患者采用不可吸收的肽膜实施牙种植修复,对比两组总体修复效果.结果:观察组修复成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组植骨高度、成骨厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用可吸收的口腔修复膜可取得较不可吸收口腔修复膜更高的修复成功率、更低的并发症,就植骨高度和成骨厚度,可吸收口腔修复膜的效果更显著,具有临床推广价值.
目的:探索减少智齿拔除术后并发症的方法,比较4种不同生物材料充填入拔牙窝后对减少智齿拔除术后并发症的影响。方法:以自愿的原则在门诊随机抽取符合实验条件的患者500例,随机分为5组。对上述患者进行一侧下颌阻生智齿拔除,术后第一组拔牙窝内放置组织补片;第二组拔牙窝内放置明胶海绵;第三组拔牙窝内放置Bio-Oss人工骨粉;第四组拔牙窝内放置羟基磷灰石;第五组空白对照。分别对这些患者进行术后凝血时间、术后出血、张口度及干槽症的随访记录。依据结果比较4种生物材料对减少拔牙术后并发症的影响。结果:在拔牙窝中充填生物材料可以有效地促进血凝块形成,减少凝血时间,封闭拔牙创口,迅速止血,对患者心理起到一定安慰作用。4种生物材料对术后出血、张口度的影响并不明显。4种生物材料对于干槽症均有一定的预防作用。结论:在拔牙术后,于拔牙窝内充填这4种生物材料,可以有效地促进血凝块形成,快速封闭创口,降低干槽症发生的几率,并且对患者心理起到了很好的安抚作用。拔牙窝充填的方法能有效提高患者拔牙后的生活质量,可在临床推广。
