文章介绍了多点预灰低碳清净工艺在传统磷酸亚硫酸法甘蔗糖厂的生产实践.采用多点渐进式预加灰,结合锅炉烟气二氧化碳饱充中和汁的低碳清净工艺.结果 表明,清混汁重力纯度差、清净效率提高,清汁色值、浊度和钙盐含量进一步下降,清汁还原糖含量下降,沉降速度和过滤速度增加,取得了良好的清净效果.硫磺消耗量下降,同时减少二氧化碳排放量,促进制糖清洁生产.
Heat pump technology was applies for the recover of the waste heat of the circulating cooling water and the last effect steam from cane juices in the cane mill of Yongxin Sugar Group Corporation and using the recycling waste heat to heat the cane juices. In this paper, the waste heat recovery system based on heat pump technology was analyzed, including system composition, working principle etc. According to the technical characteristics of hot pump and the thermodynamics, the paper analyzed and calculated the heat recovery of the last effect steam and circulating cooling water. The whole process can recover heat with a rate about 5.87×107 kJ/h, and can save bagasses about 9.7 t/h. This research indicated that the recovery waste heat was able to heat the cane juices for the required temperature, and proved that the waste heat recovery system based on heat pump technology used in the process of the cane mills is effective.
