浅层地热能作为重要的绿色能源,能够有效降低建筑能耗,是我国亟待开发的新能源之一,但是郑州市及我国其他地区地热能利用率仍然较低.以郑州市为例,梳理了地热能利用的资源环境及政策环境,阐述了国内浅层地热能供暖使用的地下水源换热技术、地源热泵技术和高效换热井技术,并结合三个案例项目重点分析了浅层地热能的利用效益.研究发现地热能取暖具有良好的环境、社会和经济效益,进而提出快速推广利用浅层地热能取暖的有效措施.
目的:探讨新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿母乳喂养情况并分析其影响因素.方法:回顾性分析,收集本院2018年8月至2020年8月收治的98例早产儿及产妇临床资料.根据喂养方式,将98例早产儿分为母乳喂养组和非母乳喂养组.统计两组早产儿及产妇临床资料,经单因素、多因素分析NICU早产儿母乳喂养情况的影响因素.结果:纳入的98例早产儿,34例行母乳喂养,占34.69%;64例为非母乳喂养,占65.31%;母乳喂养组产妇爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、疾病不确定感父母量表(PPUS-FM)评分、合并妊娠期高血压情况与非母乳喂养组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经Logistic回归显示,产妇EPDS、PPUS-FM评分评分高、合并妊娠期高血压是影响NICU早产儿母乳喂养的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论:NICU早产儿母乳喂养情况较差,产妇EPDS、PPUS-FM评分评分高、合并妊娠期高血压是影响NICU早产儿母乳喂养的影响因素.
文献资料表明,城市贫困人群生存质量低于普通人群[1-3].影响城市贫困人群生存质量的因素很多,各个城市和地区的特点也不尽相同.
Objective To investigate Quality of Life of city poverty colony.To provide baseline information for formulating and perfecting health service policies of poverty colony.Methods 2 487 residents in 39 communities were typical survey cluster sampled and investigated by SF-36;SAS6.12 packages were adapted.Results 1 003 poverty peoples and 1 484 controlling peoples were investigated;There were significant differs on 7 aspects between the two groups(P=0.0001)besides BP.Poverty old peoples were lower a lot than common old peoples on role-physieal(P=0.0001).Finding differs of power was 90% upwards.Conclusion Quality of Life of city poverty colony was lower than that of common people and need more social concerns.It was illustrated that QOL of poverty old peoples starved for medical treatment salvation.
目的调查城市贫困群体生存质量,为制定和完善贫困人群卫生服务政策提供依据.方法采用典型整群抽样39个社区共2 487人,使用SF-36量表进行调查.统计分析采用SAS 6.12统计软件进行.结果贫困人群1 003人;一般人群1 484人;两组人群除躯体疼痛外,7个维度和综合评分上差异均有统计学意义(P=0.0001),贫困老年人群的生理职能远低于同年龄人群(P=0.0001),发现有差别的能力均达到90%以上.结论贫困群体的生存质量平均水平远低于一般人群,生存质量亟待提高,提示贫困老年人生存质量急需医疗救助和政府关注.
