采用直径3 mm长15 cm、直径6 mm长15 cm、直径3 mm长20 cm、直径6 mm长20 cm、直径3 mm长25 cm、直径6 mm长25 cm 6种规格当年生半木质化玫瑰嫩枝,设计了沙壤土、沙土、壤土质地类型对玫瑰扦插出苗率影响及不同扦插部位扦插对出苗率的影响2组试验.结果表明:选择不同土壤质地类型对玫瑰扦插出苗率影响依次为沙壤土较高、沙土次之、壤土较低;不同部位扦插出苗率表现为从玫瑰2/3部位扦插出苗率较高,从1/2部位扦插出苗率次之,从1/3部位扦插出苗率较低.
对古浪县沙拐枣种子和1~2年生沙拐枣插穗繁殖进行了不同的预处理,根据保存率的对比结果对2种繁殖方式最佳预处理后的效益进行了分析研究.结果 显示:沙拐枣种子采用PEG-6000最佳浓度预处理后,节省成本41 731.2元/hm2;沙拐枣插条采用最佳处理后,节省成本18 555元/hm2.
本文结合贵州省农村"三变"改革的启示及甘肃省古浪县当前的农村经营发展模式,对农村"三变"改革的发展模式进行探索和整理,根据实际情况及西部地区县域发展的主要特点,对古浪县目前的几种开发模式进行整理并总结了取得成效.
以古浪县露地红枣为研究对象,初步总结出了露地红枣栽植、管理以及病虫害防治技术要点,并在县域露地枣树产业中推广应用,得到了广大老百姓的认可.
"四带一体"治沙模式在风沙综合治理中的应用,将为沙区边缘及其它同类地区沙漠化治理提供示范样板和技术支撑,将促进沙区治理水平的全面提升,有效遏制风沙危害.适宜的树种选择,合理的配置技术是防风固沙体系能否持续发挥固沙效益的关键环节.
本文以山东、河北、宁夏采集的葡萄插穗为实验材料,研究了不同基质、温度、湿度的对葡萄嫩枝扦插的影响,结果表明:黄沙基质对葡萄嫩枝扦插成活率和生长比较有利;不同温度对葡萄嫩枝扦插成活率对比试验来看,最适合扦插温度为25~28C,温度超过32℃成活率明显下降;湿度处于85%~96%之间扦插苗成活率最高;覆盖物遮阴措施能有效提高葡萄扦插苗成活率.
肃黄土丘陵沟壑第五副区(以下简称丘5区),是我国水土流失最严重的地区之一,该区位于东经 102 ° 36 ′ ~105 ° 20 ′, 北纬35 ° 21′~37 ° 37′,面积41228.6 km2,地质构造属祁连山褶皱系东延部分与西秦岭褶皱系交接间的隆起地带,属温带半干旱气候,年均气温6.3~6.6 ℃,植被属典型的草原植被,以禾本科、菊科和豆科植物为主.该区水土流失总面积高达2.47万km2之多,根据对多年平均侵蚀模数的统计,发现平均侵蚀模数在3500.00~6000.00 t/(km2·a)以上.由于该地区水土流失比较严重,导致该地区有限的土地资源遭受前所未有的破坏,进而导致该地区的土壤肥力急剧下降;同时,由于水土流失引起的大量泥沙下泄,导致该地区下游的河道泥沙淤积,这又加剧了洪涝灾害的发生;更为严重的是,泥沙颗粒吸附有机和无机污染物,使得下游水体的污染严重,同时也引起了一系列的生态环境问题.
以宁夏沙坡头和甘肃古浪的沙拐枣种子为实验材料,研究了不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)以及模拟干旱胁迫(PEG)处理对沙拐枣种子出苗率的影响,结果表明:(1)GA3处理对宁夏沙坡头沙拐枣种子的萌发没有明显促进作用,但是对甘肃古浪种源沙拐枣种子萌发具有一定的促进作用,在0.15%的溶液中出苗率达到了最高.(2)用PEG处理后,古浪的种源在PEG浓度16.5%时达到了最高值,之后随干旱胁迫浓度的增加迅速降低;沙坡头的种源在PEG浓度16.5%时亦达到了最大值,当浓度为21.3%时逐渐降低.表明沙拐枣的种子能够适应荒漠区较为干旱的缺水环境,在适当的干旱胁迫下反而具有较高的出苗率.
分析当前古浪县林业社会化服务体系建设现状及存在问题,在学习借鉴省内外主要做法和经验的基础上,总结提出了健全完善林业社会化服务体系的对策建议。
近年来,随着三北四期工程、退耕还林工程、封山(沙)禁牧、国家重点公益林建设等重点生态工程的实施,古浪县的生态建设水平走上了一个新的台阶,如何保护好森林资源,为重点生态工程的建设保驾护航,成为林业行政执法的重要任务。
为了积极稳妥地推进古浪县集体林权制度改革工作,古浪县在前期调研和改革试点的基础上,总结分析了试点乡镇和全县改革工作存在的问题,并对集体林权制度改革解决历史遗留问题提出了意见和建议。
Agriophyllum squarrosum,Artemisia sphaerocephala and Artemisia ordosica are the dominant plant species at different stages of vegetation succession in the southern Tengger Desert.A field-pot experiment was conducted at Wuwei Station for Desert Control Research in summer 2009.Response of the seedling emergence rates of the 3 species to two soil types(sand and sandy loam) and seven sand burial depths(0,1,2,3,4,6 cm and 8 cm) was measured.Seedling emergence rate of A.squarrosum seeds buried at 0 cm in sand was the lowest,that of the 3 species seeds buried at 1 and 2 cm in sand was the highest,and that of the 3 species seeds buried in sandy loam was lower than that in sand.The optimal burial depth for seedling emergence of A.squarrosum and A.ordosica was decreased from 2 cm in sand to 1 cm in sandy loam.In sand,A.squarrosum seeds at all sand burial depths emerged,the seedling emergence rate was high,and the seedling mortality rate was low;thus,A.squarrosum could be the dominant species for sand dunes.In sandy loam,however,the emergence speed of A.squarrosum seeds at sand burial depths of 0-4 cm was slow,and the seedling mortality rate was higher than that of other two species.Thus,A.sphaerocephala and A.squarrosum replaced A.squarrosum on fixed and semi-fixed dunes at the seeding stage.
The seed germination and seedling emergence of Aconitum gymnandrum in subalpine meadow of the eastern Tibetan Plateau and in abandoned farmland of Hexi Corridor were studied.The results showed that 1) The treatment of removing petals and staments for their parents delayed days of first seedling emergence,and the correspond offspring's seed germination rates,seedling emergence rates,leaf area,and seedling biomass were all significantly reduced except the emergence percent,Furthermore,these traits were obviously influenced by the interactions of family and removing treatment,suggesting large genetic variations and also indicating a great selective potential.2) Parents had no effect on seeding characters before the reproductive stages,which suggested that maternal effects on seedling characters of juvenile stage for A.gymnandrum were different at different plant life stages.
通过对古浪县南部山区立地条件分析,结合近几年造林成功与失败的经验,分析提出了在荒山地区造林的几点意见和看法。
