口腔医学专业学生不仅要有丰富的临床知识,也需要具备必要的工科思维,达到新医科体系建设需求,实现真正的医工融通.本文以首都医科大学长学制口腔医学专业学生为例,结合口腔生物力学课程教学实践,探讨如何将工科思维融入课堂,达到培养高水平医工融合人才的需求.
为了提高实验教学效果,针对首都医科大学假肢矫形工程专业运动生物力学的实验教学进行分析总结,结合假肢矫形工程专业特点,优化改进实验内容和实验模式,将步态分析实验数据和学生体质健康测试相结合,提高实验教学的质量和学生的创新实践能力.
课程建设是教育教学中一个很重要的环节.为提高学生学习运动生物力学课程的效果,加强该门课程在学生今后工作中的实用性,本研究拟对首都医科大学假肢矫形工程专业运动生物力学课程教学内容提出精细化建设方案,以期提高教学效果.
目的 获得动物急性高眼压下的虹膜形态变化,为深入认识伴虹膜形态变化的青光眼病程发展提供帮助.方法 选用新西兰白兔7只,基于自主搭建的实验平台,对兔眼玻璃体进行穿刺,快速灌注生理盐水.灌注过程中,通过传感器记录前房眼压变化,通过小动物超声影像装置记录虹膜的形变图像.为了量化虹膜的形态变化,选取虹膜面积、长度、上弧长和下弧长作为虹膜的形态参数.通过图像和数据处理,获得虹膜的形态参数随眼内压的变化规律.结果 玻璃体灌注过程中,眼内压升高,晶状体前移,虹膜内缘前移.虹膜各形态参数随眼内压的升高均呈现下降趋势,二者关系可以通过公式s=b0+b1lnp进行拟合,其中,s为任一形态参数,p为眼内压,b0和b1均为拟合参数.结论 玻璃体灌注可以快速升高眼内压,并伴随虹膜的形态变化.本研究为深入了解伴虹膜形态变化的青光眼病程提供了实验基础.

Objective By combining gait features with physical condition, this paper aims to analyze and compare the differences and rules of natural gait feature among college students with different physical condition. The physical condition of college students will be reflected by the gait features, which provides certain theoretical basis for improving the physical condition of undergraduates. Methods One hundred and nineteen undergraduates were selected as research subjects and their physical condition were tested and thus classified according to National Fitness and Health Standard of Students ( revised in 2014 ) . The natural trait features of classified students were tested through the test system of plantar pressure. The latent parameters included the percentage of different foot support periods, the peak value of pressure among different pelma areas, the percentage of pulse received by different pelma areas, arch index and axial angle of the foot. Finally, the differences of gait features were compared and analyzed. Results There was a significant difference in the size of axial angles among subjects walking naturally. Conclusions The physical condition is closely related to the gait feature of undergraduates. The physical condition of undergraduates can be further understood on the basis of differences in gait features, which can provide objective evidence aiming at devising undergraduate-oriented physical training scheme and thus promoting physical condition of undergraduates.
目的 自然行走、慢跑是人类最基本的运动,倒走是一些非特异性腰疼病人进行康复训练的一种运动.了解正常人的步态特征,可以为判定患者步态异常的生物力学研究提供对照.方法 选取50名大学生作为研究对象,应用0.5 m footscan(R) USB足底压力分布测试系统采集受试者自然行走、倒走和慢跑时的步态参数,并应用SPSS 17.0进行数据的统计学分析.结果 在3种运动方式下,左右足的支撑期分期均无显著性差异,足弓指数差异明显,足前部所受冲量百分比最大.而慢跑和自然行走相比,足支撑期分期均有显著性差异,T2-T5、M1-M5和MF区域的压强峰值有显著性差异.倒走时,全足支撑期以及足轴角明显大于自然行走和慢跑.结论 不同的运动方式改变了足底压力分布状态,在日常运动中,应结合自身体质状况选择运动.
整体膨胀实验是获得具有特定形状软组织力学特性的重要研究方法,该方法有助于培养学生的动手能力和独立思考能力,该实验很少应用于在相关的学生实验和实践工作中,因此,本文旨在设计用于生物力学实验和实践教学的整体膨胀实验平台,以满足相关教学需要。
为培养假肢矫形工程专业的学生将课堂所学知识应用于临床实际的基本素质、提高学生的创新能力、加强学生的动手能力和理论联系实际的能力,对假肢矫形工程专业的运动生物力学课程内容进行改革,主要调整课程的理论和实验内容,扩大了学生的知识面,提高了教学效果。

Biomechanics is a major course with unique features for different discipline students in Capital Medical University. Its characteristic is the combination of engineering with medicine, so it is very important for dif erent major students. Due to dif erent characteristics for dif erent majors, we studied the fol owing aspects of biomechanics, such as adjusting the course clue and content, reforming the teaching method and assessment method, to improve basic scientific quality and innovative ability and rich their knowledge of students. The teaching results are very good.
Experimentallteaching is an important way for students to understand theory and concepts, so it is essentiallto reform experimentallteaching of biomechanics. Based on students' situation and professionallcharacteristic, content system of experimentallteaching was optimized, new teaching means was adopted, the evaluation system was improved. Reform results show the teaching quality was improved with bet er operation ability and experimentallliteracy for students.
热压膜材料在口腔医学领域应用广泛,可用于制作保持器、牙周夹板、磨牙垫和颌间固定装置等[1-4].近年,多种热压膜材料用以制作矫治器,从而奠定了无托槽隐形矫治技术的材料学基础[4-5].研究和提高热压膜材料的力学性能,如形变后材料产生的回弹力及其随时间的变化,是临床上选择、制作和使用隐形矫治器的前提和基础.
本文介绍了有限元方法在材料力学教学中的应用。教学过程中体会到有限元方法不仅可以制作材料力学中各种基本变形的变形过程动画、应力分布图,加深学生对基本概念的理解,还可以形象地分析拉伸、弯曲等不同公式的应用范围,加快理解弯曲中心等较难理解的概念,对于少学时的材料力学教学有很大的帮助。
Objective To explore the possible influences of intraoral environment on stress relaxation of thermoplastic materials, and compare the stress relaxation rates within different materials.Methods Five kinds of thermoplastic materials were tested in the air under room temperature and in the simulated intraoral environment.The stress relaxation rates were compared.Results The stress relaxation rates of all materials in the simulated intraoral environment were significantly greater than those obtained in the air under room temperature (P<0.01).Conclusions Stress relaxation of thermoplastic materials could be significantly accelerated in the simulated intraoral environment.
