Objective To effectively solve the problem of cavity mirror cleaning.Methods Through retrospective statistical study to analyze problems during sterilization process of cleaning and packing,puts forward measures to improve.Results Before implementation of integrative management mode,3 560 sets(64 080 samples) of cavitiey mirrors were pro cessed,inspection pass rate of visual method was 70%,positive rate of occult blood test was 34%;after the measures,4 600 sets(82 800 samples) were processed,inspection pass rate of visual method was 98%,positive rate of occult blood test was 7%.Conclusion Under the integrative management mode,the processing were more perfect to guarantee the operation closely and to ensure the quality and safety of endoscopic equipments,and improve the control quality of hospital infection in operation room.

目的有效解决呼吸机管路集中处理过程中存在的具体问题,完善处理流程。方法采用回顾性资料统计方法,对2011年3月-2012年2月供应中心集中处理的961套呼吸机管路,就临床科室反馈的问题和供应中心清洗包装各环节遇到的问题,从组织、物品、人员三方面进行原因分析,提出改进对策。结果前7个月,处理528套,装配错误16件、部件遗失8件、损坏5件,不符率为5.49%;改进后5个月处理433套,仅发生装配错误2件、部件遗失2件,不符率为0.9%。结论对呼吸机管路处理存在问题及持续改进情况进行统计分析,能不断改进和规范清洗、包装流程,降低损耗。
