采用反溶剂重结晶法试制出含有甲维盐纳米颗粒混悬液.试验中选用了表面活性剂PVP来抑制液相中颗粒的生长与团聚,并碍到了形貌较规则的甲维盐纳米颗粒.试验结果表明,降低温度和提高搅拌转速均有利于甲维盐固体小颗粒的生成,所制备的甲维盐颗粒平均粒径约378nm.

To choose and confect the cladding material correctly is the key link of the technology of the electric arc cladding technology.According to the experiment of the cladding materials,the Fe-Cr-Si-B alloy powder was chosen and eonfected,and the properties of the cladding coat was tested.The results showed that the materials chosen can resist usual attrition,the high-temperature oxidation attrition and the corrosion attrition.
In engine cooling system,water is widely utilized as coolant in summer,but ethylene-glycol-type antifreezing fluid is used in winter,which would etch the frontal and latter catchment troughs significantly.In this paper, SB-99 damping anticorrosive coatings is applied.The results show that with this kind of coating,the engine water tank's corrosion resistance could be enhanced remarkably.

Sulphurized layer was produced on the surface of CrMoCu alloy cast iron by means of low temperature ion sulphurization process with thickness of about 5 μm.The sulfide globular grains distribute evently on the surface,and their size is in micron-scale.The phase structure of the sulphurized layer is mainly composed of FeS.Under the high speed and heavier loading condition,the sulphurized surface exhibited lower friction coefficient than plain surface evidently,and it greatly reduced the tendency of adhesion of the material and it improved the scuffing-resistance of the material.Under the synergistic effect between sulphurized layer and with sulphur additive,CrMoCu alloy cast iron exhibited much more excellent friction-reducing and wear-resistance due to chemical reaction films including molybdenum compound,phosphate and sulphide.
