目的 分析CT和MRI联合诊断对颅脑动静脉畸形患者的诊断价值.方法 选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的43例颅脑动静脉畸形患者,对其分别进行CT检查与MRI检查,将CT与MRI检查结果共同作为研究组数据进行诊断,另将CT检查结果作为对照组进行诊断,对比两组诊断准确性差异.结果 研究组诊断准确率93.02%,对照组诊断准确率74.41%,差异明显(P<0.05),研究组分级与对照组分级有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颅脑动静脉畸形发病率相对较少,利用颅脑CT检查是临床常用检查方案,但由于CT检查后图像受到限制,因此联合MRI检查的结果更加准确,两种检查手段联合应用效果更高,值得临床广泛应用.
目的:对儿童白血病化疗前后颅脑并发症的MRI征象进行探讨分析,为日后的临床治疗提供参考依据.方法:选取40例儿童白血病患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患儿的临床资料以及M R I资料.结果:化疗前,23例患儿伴随并发症,其中有2例患儿存在2种并发症.化疗后,18例患儿伴随并发症,且有3例患儿出现了不同并发症以及存在8例患者具有2种以上并发症.结论:儿童白血病化疗前后颅脑并发症的MRI征象具有多样性的特点,且接受化疗前后具有明显的差异性,而运用MRI检查对白血病并发症的诊断、进展以及疗效观察都有着极其重要的现实意义.
Objective:To investigate the three dimensional quantitative measurements of menisci by the magnetic reso- nance imaging (MRI) and its clinical significance.Methods:Eighty-six normal knee joints were measured.The height and width of the anterior,mid-body and posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci were measured on MRI for limbs. Results:For the medial meniscus,the height and width of the anterior horn were 4.53mm and 7.89mm,the height of width of the mid-body were 5.79mm and 8.65mm,and the height and width of posterior were 5.39mm and 11.32mm, respectively.For the lateral meniscus,the height and width of the anterior horn were 4.73mm and 9.23mm;the height of width of the mid-body were 6.39mm and 9.87mm;and the height and width of posterior were 6.15mm and 9.62mm,re- spectively.Conclusion:The three dimensional quantitative measurements of menisci by the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have the significant value in the diagnosis of meniscus of the knee joint and meniscal replacement.
Objective To analyze the effects of three different display devices on the interpretation of imaging data in medieal imaging system.Methods The luminance-meter L100 and the test patterns provided by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine(AAPM)were used to assess the performance of three display devices(the spherical,flat panel and liquid crystal display devices).The corresponding luminance response was compared with the reference criteria provided by AAPM Task Group 18(AAPM TG18).DR chest photography was taken on CDRAD2.0 contrast-detail phantom using the following experimental parameters:100 mA,80 kVp,and the exposure times for 6,10,12,and 16 ms.After each exposure,the surface dose of phantom was recorded and the image quality factor(IQF)was calculated.Statistical analysis of IQF was performed using ANOVA. Results The maximum luminance values in the spherical,flat panel and liquid crystal display devices were 170,59 and 231 cd/m2 and the luminance ratio was 257, 99 and 350 respectively.There was a significant difference in the IQF bewteen the liquid crystal display device and other two display devices.Conclusion The liquid crystal display device has the better image quality.
Objective: To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technique and clinical application in facial nerves,inner ear and internal auditory cannal.Methods:45 cases with normal MR images of ears were scanned by 3D-constructive inference in the steady state(3D-CISS) and turbo-spin echo (TSE)and the image qualities were compared.Results: The difference of detection rates was statistically significant for saccule,vestibular crest,utricle,scala vestibule,scala tympani and spiral lamina.Conclusion: 3D-CISS is better than TSE for detecting the anatomical structures of internal auditory and labyrinth.
Objective: To investigate the influence of the cerebral ischemic preconditioning on the neural apoptosis following ischemia and reperfusion in gerbils.Methods: Cerebral ischemia was induced by occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries.Gerbils were randomly divided into four groups: Sham-operation control group(SH): without cerebral ischemia;Cerebral ischemic preconditioning control group(IC): 2 min cerebral ischemia only;Cerebral ischemic preconditioning test group(IP): 2 min cerebral ischemia and 24 h reperfusion followed by cerebral ischemia 10 min;And cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(without preconditioning) group(IR).Observations were carried out in each subgroup 1d、3d、5d and 7d(each subgroup n=6),the apoptosis neurons in hippocampus CA1 region was counted.Results: The number of apoptosis neurons in hippocampus CA1 region were much less in group IP than in group IR(P0.01).Conclusion: Ischemic preconditioning can significantly enhance the tolerance of the following ischemia,The mechanism of protection may be that ischemic preconditioning can prevent neurons from apoptosis induced by ischemia.
髌骨纵行骨折是一种较少见的特型,好发于青壮年男性,在临床诊断中由于主动伸膝常能勉强完成,而膝关节正侧位片由于骨阴影重叠或骨折分离不大常致漏诊[1-4].我们自2003-01~2003-12共发现6例,对数字点片在髌骨纵行骨折诊断中的应用价值分析如下.
