研发的加氢反应器用不锈钢带极堆焊JWF304D、JWF205D焊剂具有优良的焊接工艺性能,适用于30~90 mm宽焊带施焊.可根据不同的制造工艺进行调整,适用于多种制造工艺堆焊.焊接时飞溅小(针对于电渣焊)、脱渣优良、焊道成形质量好.埋弧焊用焊剂JWF304D焊接参数调整范围大,不但适合于90 mm宽带大电流焊接,而且适合小电流薄层快速焊.电渣焊用焊剂JWF205D可实现快速堆焊,在电流、电压适宜的情况下,堆焊速度可达27 cm/min,提高了生产效率.两种焊剂均实现了一剂多带,可配合EQ309L、EQ308L、EQ347L等多种型号不锈钢焊带使用,所得堆焊层的化学成分及各项性能指标均符合相关标准规定及用户技术协议要求.
文中对3.5Ni低温用钢及其配套焊材的发展及研究状况进行了归纳,其中主要对3.5Ni低温钢焊接用W107焊条的发展现状及焊接性能的相关研究进行了全面总结.围绕提高低温钢焊接接头低温冲击韧性并保证其稳定性的相关研究及机理作以总结,为后续研发产品性能稳定的W107焊条提供可靠的理论依据和参考资料.
卧辊磨辊套作为水泥工业重要设备卧辊磨的关键部件,其表面堆焊耐磨层的质量直接影响水泥生产的效率和质量.针对卧辊磨粉磨物料的特点,开发出YD258TiC-O明弧自保护焊丝,焊丝各方面性能与进口焊丝相当,可用于卧辊磨辊套耐磨层堆焊.
通过FCAW的焊接方式来获得双相不锈钢的焊接接头,研究药芯组分、金相组织、固溶处理等对焊接接头腐蚀性能的影响.详细分析FCAW焊缝金属的FeCl3点腐蚀形成过程和影响因素,研究焊缝组织点蚀腐蚀的形成机理.单独提高镍的含量来提高奥氏体相的比例时,焊接接头腐蚀率较大,加入氮元素是保证合理两相比的有效途径.分析不同焊缝金相组织,结果表明两相组织的分布、比例、形态和固溶处理对腐蚀性能影响较大,均匀的组织形貌有利于提高焊缝金属的耐腐蚀性能.分析焊缝金属的点蚀过程,发现试样表面存在的缺陷,如气孔或夹渣,一般为点蚀形成源,会加快腐蚀的速度,焊丝的工艺性能直接影响接头腐蚀性能.
设计了一种CaO-CaF2-TiO2型碱性渣系,选用ERNiCrMo-3作为焊芯,制备适用于因康镍625合金焊接的镍基焊条JWENiCrMo-3.通过调整药皮中合金组分的加入量,优化熔敷金属合金元素的配比,制备出合会含量不同的镍铬钼合金,研究其力学性能、抗裂性能和高温氧化性能,熔金中锰铬钼铌含量居于标准值中线时,焊条的综合性能最佳.
Through ultrasonic NDT, cracks with various lengths are often found inside the hardfacing metal for re-manufacturing large-scale back-up rolls to gain high surface hardness. Analysis of the microstructure, surface morphology, and micro-area composition found that these cracks result from thermal cracking at high temperatures, and the surfaces with these interior cracks are found to be eutectic with low fusion point and contain segregation of alloy elements and dendritic crystal cells. In order to enhance the plasticity of the deposited metal and eliminate such cracks, in the meantime still maintaining the strength, a new overlaying welding consumable was developed, applied, and tested, which has (1) reduced contents of carbide forming elements such as V and Mo, (2) increased contents of powerful carbide forming elements Nb and Ti, and (3) newly added RE elements for deoxidation and reducing the contents of impurity elements S and P. No crack was found by ultrasound NDT, and microstructure analysis after a tensile test show that plasticity of the new hardfacing metal is improved without affecting hardness and strength. In the roll welding composite manufacture,in order to save precious carbon,improve cost-effective of hardfacing material,the submerged arc welding of flux-cored wires is used while the deposited metal remained unchanged in order to research the influence of different carbon,chromium adding ways to deposited metal microstructure and properties.Through the abrasion hardness,high tensile,high room temperature toughness and quantifying the amount of wear of the sample before and after,the relationship between microstructure,adding ways and wear resistance is analyzed combining the microstructure before and after wear,scanning electron microscopy and other aids.When Cr5 series hardfacing alloys are used,on the basis of keeping the compositions of hardfacing deposited metal unchanged basically,it is researched about the influence of different addition ways of carbon and chromium on microstructure and properties of hardfacing alloy.The results show that the high-temperature wear resistance of hardfacing metal is proportional to the high-temperature strength and hardness of the alloy at the temperature of 600℃,and improved along with the increase of alloy toughness;for the flux-cored wire with direct addition of graphite and chromium powder,the wear resistance of hardfacing deposited metal is much better than that with direct addition of chromium carbide.High-temperature wear results from multiple factors including alloy oxidation,cutting,fatigue cracking and stripping,etc.Ideal high-temperature wear-resistant hardfacing material depends on not only the alloying system adopted by hardfacing metal,but also other factors such as microstructure,anti-oxidation property,high-temperature strength and toughness.Therefore,changing the addition way of alloys may strengthen deposited metal without need of modifying agents and external field excitation.
Using the self-shielded fluxed-cored wires of deposited metal with 00Cr13Ni4Mo, the number of layer, the welding temperature, welding velocity, current and voltage are, the other welding parameters are hold the line. The different changing solely content of nitrogen, the metallographic structure and hardness were studied. The results show that the welding parameters have greatly effect on the content of nitrogen, the metallographic structure and hardness. In repairing the continute rollers, welding parameters must be carefully considered especially for the open arc welding process.
系统介绍了大型支撑辊堆焊修复的意义,阐述了大型支撑辊堆焊复合制造堆焊材料研制思路,指出对于大型支撑辊堆焊材料径向要有打底层、过渡层和工作层;轴向由于两端面易断裂,工作层材料分为断面工作层和中间工作层.并对大型支撑辊堆焊复合制造堆焊工艺研制进行了分析,指出成功堆焊修复大型支撑辊必须掌握的关键技术和关键工艺.
[Objectives]To investigate the relationship between urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER)and intracranial artery atherosclerosis.[Methods] A total of 79 cerebral infarction with cerebral artery occlusion patients accompanying with essential hypertension were enrolled, the average age was 66.34(S=9.87) years. All patients undergone MRI +MRA and examination of fundus oculi by direct ophthalmoscope after admitted the severity of intracranial artery atherosclerosis was assessed by MRA, and fundus oculi artery sclerosis was categorized. Twenty hypertensive patients were selected as control group, UAER was measured in all participants; the general conditions and UAER were compared between cerebral infarction group and control group, the correlation between UAER and severity of intracranial artery atherosclerosis was analyzed in cerebral infarction group; Furthermore, according to the UAER at level of 20 μg/min, all cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups, the general conditions and severity of fundus oculi artery sclerosis were compared between high UAER group and low UAER group. [Result] There were no significant difference between cerebral infarction group and control group in average ages, consist of sex, course of hypertention, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure (P 0.05), cerebral infarction group showed a higher UAER than control group(t=2.432, P 0.05); UAER was positively correlated with the severity of intracranial artery atherosclerosis(r=0.618, P=0.015);high UAER group showed a higher prevalence of more severe fundus oculi artery sclerosis. [Conclusions] The higher UAER will increased risk of cerebral infarction in the hypertensive population, maybe because UAER was significantly associated with the severity of intracranial atherosclerosis.
Background Quality of life (QOL) refers to the person's subjective appraisal of well-being, life satisfaction, health and functional performance. For those stroke patients who cannot finish the scale themselves, we can try the proxy measurement. However, until recently no QOL scale for proxies were induced to Chinese stroke patients. The goal of this research is to translate and test the SIS3.0 for proxy, and differences between patient and proxy scores. To translate and test the SIS3.0 for proxy, and analyzed differences between patient and proxy scores. Methods Ten pairs of patients and their proxies were involved in the primary test. Two hundreds and thirty-three pairs were involved in the formal test. We analyzed the validity, responsiveness, reliability and feasibility of the SIS3.0 for proxy, as well as the validity in proxy assessment. Results The feasibility was sufficient. Both Split reliability and α coefficient were more than 0.8, demonstrating SIS a reliable instrument. SIS had a good content validity with correlation coefficient more than 0.6. Good criterion validity was established by comparing the scores on various domains to standardized measures with P=0.000. Construct validity was also good as indicated by factor analysis. Proxy scores were significantly different across OHS scales which showed domain responsiveness was good. Comparison of patient and proxy responses resulted in no significant difference. Conclusions SIS for proxy is satisfactory for chinese patients. It is feasible to use a proxy respondent to answer questions on the patient's behalf.
Aim To investigate the difference in the types and mechanisms of vascular remodeling among the different brain arteries. Methods The parameters of vascular remodeling and the smooth muscle cells (SMC)were measured through the HE staining photos of the arteries. Protein expression of fibronectin (FN) was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The amount of SMC and FN expression level in carotid arteries decreased significantly while the SMC average area increased compared with SD at 4 weeks post-operation. At the end of eighth week, there was a significant increase in wall thickness, wall area, wall-to-lumen diameter ratio, wall-to-area ratio, SMC average area and FN expression level and a decrease in SMC amount of specific area of RHRSP carotid arteries. Wall area in RHRSP basial arteries had been increased since the fourth week post-operation and FN expression increased at the eighth week. There was a significant differece in lumen diamerer, wall-to-lumen diameter ratio and wall-to-area ratio between the middle cerebral arteries of SD and RHRSP (4 or 8 weeks post-operation). The wall thickness,wall area and the SMC amount of RHR middle cerebral arteries were significantly higher than SD at 8 weeks post-operation. Conclusions The difference in the types and mechanisms of vascular remodeling in RHRSP brain arteries may be connected with different stroke behavior among them.
Objective To identify the frequency of microalbuminuria( MA) in cerebral infarction patients and to compare the rate of MA in lacunar infarction(LI) and atherothrombotic infarction(AI) patients.Methods We enrolled 83 LI cases and 73 AI cases without diseases such as liver or renal inadequacy which effects the outcome of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) and selected 40 hypertension patients consist of control group,tested all patients UAER by radioimmunoassesy methods, calculated the frequency of MA in cerebral infarction patients and compared the rate of MA in LI patients,AI patients who companying with hypertension and control group.Results The frequency of MA in cerebral infarction was 42.9%; the rate of MA in AI and LI were higher than control group respectively (P<0.05),but it wasn`t statisticlly significance between two infarct groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In cerebral infarction patients, MA is common.The rate of MA in LI and AI is no differece,MA will increase the risk of cerebral infarction.
艾滋病并发脑血管疾病尤其是出血性脑血管疾病较少见,现报告1例AIDS患者合并多发脑出血. 1资料 患者男性,26岁,个体经营者,因"乏力两周,发热、淡漠1周,失语、右侧肢体无力2天"于2004年6月3日收入我院.患者有静脉注射吸毒史5年,无高血压病、糖尿病病史.于入院前两周,因其家人强迫戒毒后,出现全身乏力、酸痛症状,到当地医院就诊.5月22日开始出现发热,体温最高达40℃,伴头痛,于门诊治疗无效后收入当地医院治疗.体查发现:心尖部收缩期二级吹风样杂音,肝脏轻度肿大,四肢见出血性淤斑.B超提示:少量心包积液;血培养为金黄色葡萄球菌.予抗感染、支持对症治疗后病情无明显好转.6月1日开始出始"失语",同时伴右侧肢体活动障碍,检查头颅CF示:颅内多发性血肿(左侧枕叶、顶叶及右侧额叶).
