Blast injury of the chest injury is the most common wound in modern war trauma and terrorist attacks, and is also the most fatal type of whole body explosion injury. Most patients with severe blast injury of the chest die in the early stage before hospitalization or during transportation, so first aid is critically important. At present, there exist widespread problems such as non-standard treatment and large difference in curative effect, while there lacks clinical treatment standards for blast injury of the chest. According to the principles of scientificity, practicality and advancement, the Trauma Society of Chinese Medical Association has formulated the guidance of classification, pre-hospital first aid, in-hospital treatment and major injury management strategies for blast injury of the chest, aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
医学遗传学的教学既应当强调专业能力的提升,也应该注重个人素质的培养.同时,立足军队院校实现"立德树人、为战育人"就要加快实现专业课课程思政教育的目标.本教研组结合医学遗传学教学的实际情况,挖掘本门课程的思政元素并整理汇编课程思政案例库,采用线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式,潜移默化地将思想政治教育融入医学遗传学专业课教学.在此,本文探讨医学遗传学课程思政案例库的建设与实践.
Objective To determine the effect of Aβ1-42 on the biological behavior of cultured mouse oligodendrocyte precursor cells(OPCs).Methods Cultured and purified mouse OPCs were divided into three groups including a normal group,a control group and an experimental group with Aβ1-42.The survival rate of OPCs was assessed by CCK-8 assay.The differentiation and morphology of OPCs were assessed by immunocytochemistry.The apoptosis of OPCs was assessed by Western blotting.Results As compared with the control group,the survival rate of OPCs in the experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.01).Specifically,the proliferation of OPCs was dramatically suppressed by Aβ1-42 in 1 h(P<0.01),and the suppression increased in a dose-dependent manner with the difference changed from P<0.05 for Aβ1-42 at 1 mol/L to P<0.01 for it at 2.5 mol/L.However,there was no significant difference between the control group and normal group(P>0.05).The level of caspase-3 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and normal group(P<0.01).Moreover,the expression of caspase-3 was significantly increased by Aβ1-42 in a time-and dose-dependent manner(P<0.05 for Aβ1-42 at 2.5 mol/L,P<0.01 for Aβ1-42 it at 5 mol/L).Compared with the control group,the diameter and processes of oligodendrocytes in the experimental group decreased significantly through detecting the myelin basic protein.Conclusion Aβ1-42 can significantly suppress the proliferation of OPCs through inducing cell apoptosis,and inhibit OPCs differentiation into oligodendrocytes,thus affecting the myelination in central nervous system(CNS).
