在自然灾害频发的当下,应急科普愈发受到重视,但目前尚未建成整体有序的应急传播机制.该文通过阐述应急科普传播现状,分析自然灾害应急科普传播存在的问题,并对传统科普传播模式进行对比分析,构建出政府主导、媒体协同的自然灾害应急科普传播模式和传播机制,并提出相应对策和建议.
气象是最贴近大众的领域之一,短视频即时性、大众性、碎片化、分众化等特点给气象短视频的发展带来了机遇,但同时专业化团队运营、内容娱乐化等特点也给气象科普视频的发展带来了一定的挑战.在短视频时代内容形态的影响下,气象科普短视频呈现形态类型化、选题生活化、栏目品牌化、场景实景化、表现具象化等特点,启发了短视频时代气象科普视频内容应从团队建设、擅抓热点、转变思维、细节研磨等路径进行提升创新.
为提升政务微博气象灾害应急科普效果,以郑州"7·20"特大暴雨灾害为例,选取4类具有代表性的政务微博,从传播时效、传播内容、表现形式、原创性、传播效果五个方面进行统计分析,总结当前政务微博气象灾害应急科普的特征,提出做足气象灾害的事前科普、做好针对性应急科普、及时发现应急需求、提高微博传播力和覆盖面等优化策略建议.

[Objective] The aim was to study the distribution characteristics of terrain reflected radiation in Fujian Province.[Method] Based on solar radiation data,digital elevation model (DEM) and surface meteorological observation data in Fujian Province,plus surface albedo obtained by using remote sensing inversion method,the distribution of terrain reflected radiation in Fujian Province from 1988 to 2007 was simulated,and then its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics was studied.[Result] The simulation results of terrain reflected radiation in Fujian Province was credible.Terrain reflected radiation in Fujian Province was the highest in July (about 160 MJ/m2) and lowest in January (about 60 MJ/m2),and it was obviously higher from May to August compared with other months,while the order of terrain reflected radiation in four seasons was summerspringautumnwinter,and complex terrain affected the distribution of terrain reflected radiation greatly,especially in autumn and winter when sun elevation angle was small.In addition,terrain reflected radiation in most areas of Fujian Province was below 100 MJ/m2,and it was high in Ningde,Sanming and Nanping City in northern Fujian,while the maximum value (630 MJ/m2) could be found in Dong'an Island in Xiapu County in Ningde City and had good utilization value.[Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of solar energy resources under complex terrain in China.
[Objective]The research aimed to study the activity characteristics and climate rule of thunderstorm in Fujian Province.[Method] Based on the daily thunderstorm data in 67 meteorological stations of Fujian Province during 1960-2007,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of thunderstorm in Fujian Province were analyzed by using the climate tendency rate,the trend coefficient and so on.[Result]The distribution of thunderstorm days showed the northeast-southwest direction and gradually increased from the coast to the inland in Fujian Province during 1960-2007.The high value zone was in Longyan,and the thunderstorm days in the coastal islands were fewest.The thunderstorm days had the obvious decrease trend in Fujian Province in 48 years.The decrease speed in the central coast area was 3.5 d/10 a and was 4.5 d/10 a in most inland mountain areas.It was 5.5 d/10 a in the north of Ningde,the east of Sanming and some areas in Nanping.The variation of thunderstorm day trend coefficient had the obvious regional characteristic.Especially the decrease trend in the inland mountain area was more obvious than that in the coast.The decrease of thunderstorm day trend coefficient in the north of Nanping was the most,and the trend coefficient was-0.65.But the decrease trend in the central coast wasn't obvious,and the coefficient was only-0.15.The thunderstorm day had the obvious seasonal variation.The multi-occurrence period of thunderstorm was during March-September,and it reached the maximum value in August.Started from September,the thunderstorm quickly decreased.From October to February in next year,there was less thunderstorms.The average first thunderstorm day in the northwest area was earlier than that in the southeast area.The difference of average final thunderstorm day in the north and south areas wasn't big.For the first thunderstorm day in the north and west of Fujian was early,and the final thunderstorm day was later,the thunderstorm activity time in the whole year was longer than that in the coast,and they differed by nearly one month.[Conclusion]The research provided the scientific basis for the climate feasibility proof of major project items,and provided the theory basis about the weather climate aspect for the lightning prevention and disaster reduction,and also laid the foundation for further studying the formation mechanism of thunderstorm in Fujian.

在影视作品的摄制中,我们经常会遇到一些因前期拍摄不当或无法避免而造成画面质量不符合要求的情况,比如要去掉穿帮之处,最常见的是保险绳,有时候也会遇到胶片的划痕、污点或磁带的损伤等等,这些画面问题就需要进行数字修补,常见的数字修补技术有Mask(遮罩)、数字绘图、Clonestamp(橡皮章)、Key(抠像)等,这些技术的综合使用,一般都能较好的解决画面问题。从另一方面而言,对于一个画面问题,往往有多种解决的技术手段,所以根据制作周期和成本,选择其中最适合的解决之道,就成为考核技术人员水平高低的标准之一。“Differencematte”技术本身是一种抠像技术,在色键为主流的后期合成技术中“Differencematte”技术并不为制作人员经常采用,然而笔者在一则广告片的后期制作中将其应用于画面背景修补中,却取得了不错的效果,很好地解决了前期拍摄中背景画面皱痕问题。本文就以这则广告片的背景修补实例来详细介绍“Differencematte”技术的应用。
