2017年初,中国石油天然气集团有限公司(以下简称"中石油")电子招标投标交易平台(以下简称"电子招标投标平台")开始应用测试.同年7月,该平台通过国家验收并正式上线.2017年4月,中石油招标中心新疆分中心塔里木分部(以下简称"塔里木分部")正式应用电子招标投标平台,并于11月实现了电子招标、远程投标、线上评标、在线授标的全流程电子招标投标应用试点,完成了投标人自主注册、电子Ukey授予、现场培训,招标人及招标代理机构应用培训,招标代理机构内部交流、现场观摩、专题培训等一系列工作.2018年,塔里木分部近650个招标项目全部通过电子招标投标平台完成,并实现了全流程电子化.
随着工业4.0概念的提出,实现信息物理系统(CPS)中各种设备与系统之间的互联互通成为了一个核心主题.用OPC UA技术来强化垂盲联系和水平联系,消除自动化金字塔各层次之间的僵化结构和等级.在工业机器人的应用中,把机器人信息模型映射到OPC UA地址空间,通过不同的层次结构,暴露不同的语义,允许信息以各种方式连接,形成了全网状的节点网络,对于奠定工业4.0的基础设备互联互通具有重要作用.
For the problem of accuracy,real-time performance and illumination in image retrieval and feature extraction with SIFT,a new image features extracting algorithm based on the SIFT was proposed and the Local Binary Patterns (LBP) algorithm.It used the same key-point detection method as SIFT.After getting the key-points of the image features,the SIFT-LBP descriptor was made up of statistics of gradient information in 1 6 × 1 6 region and rotation invariant LBP value in 9 × 9 regions around each key-point,and then building SIFT-LBP Feature Descriptor of image in each pixel region as the center. Finally,the extracted features of data were selected based on genetic algorithm,and removed redundant information of feature point to reduce the dimension of the feature vector.Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm had a good matching result on Visual Image Feature Extraction,it was validated that the algorithm was strongly robust to changes in lighting conditions,and improved the accuracy and the speed of retrieval.
Repetitive controller of the PWM inverter control real-time performance is poor and slow dynamic response,a general repetitive controller to control the PWM inverter harmonics and the error analysis,derivation of the odd harmonics repetitive control algorithm design of the odd harmonics of a PWM inverter repetitive controller.The simulation analysis of the control characteristics was made under different load conditions.The simulation results show that the odd harmonic repetitive controller can be odd harmonics suppression at 0.5% look good inhibitory effect.In the case of sudden load,THD stable time and memory usage are only half of the original algorithm.
