对于无水泥环固结的套管,现场经常发生套管的屈曲现象,对油气并的安全生产造成较大影响.井下套管受力复杂,对套管的屈曲分析尚缺乏成熟的认识.文章采用有限元数值模拟的方法对套管的屈曲变形进行了分析,模拟结果显示对于无水泥环固结的细长的套管结构,在材料未发生破坏之前先发生弯曲变形,造成生产事故.
Yingdong Oilfield was a mid-shallow sandstone reservoir with medium porosity and medium permeability,which was discovered and located in the west of Tarim Basin,it had long reservoir span,big accumulative thickness and multiple layers.The salinity of formation water was high and the lithology was relatively fine.The logging corresponding characteristics were complicated and changeable.It was relatively difficult to distinguish hydrocarbon zone from water zone.Based on the four characters of reservoir and in combination with oil-test data,the most of oil zones and gas zones were distinguished done in association with test data for oil and conventional logging curves were comprehensively used,especially new logging methods such as NMR,MDT pressure measurement were used for better distinction.The research result shows that the method is effectively used and better result is obtained in practice,it provides a basis for reservoir evaluation.
