针对潜液泵管路共振问题,运用有限元法对一种潜液泵进行预应力模态分析,根据分析结果对潜液泵管路的支撑形式进行优化设计.结果表明,优化设计避免潜液泵工作频率附近主管路的共振,采用振型优化方法可有效降低细长管路的共振对系统的不利影响.
