多元共治背景下,政府数据作为重要的社会价值判断参考和研究依据,能够为现代化、数字化的发展提供有力支撑.建立和完善科学的政府数据开放体系有利于促进数据的市场流通,提升社会治理效能.本文基于对研究热点和实践趋势的归纳演绎,提取出包括内容、政策工具、权利边界、开放流程、行政层级、价值共创在内的六维解释逻辑,总结出研究和解构政府数据开放的3种实践机制,即平台运行机制、行政分层机制、技术赋能机制.研究旨在为政府数据开放提供实践指导,为政府数据开放体系建设提供结构化调试的新思路.

文章探究在媒体融合的时代背景之下,我国媒体在内容生产过程中关注的版权问题,以及学术界对版权问题的关注、版权理论和实践.文章在梳理当前版权研究的议题与方向时发现,中国版权研究主要聚焦于制度建设、技术应用以及版权运营三个层面,并在数字化背景下进一步丰富了版权的内涵与外延,针对当前实践探索中存在的诸多问题提出法理层面的解决思路和措施,但总体上缺乏对版权商品化及其贸易背后权力关系运作等更深层面的探讨.

新技术与新方法的不断涌现使得起步较晚且受传统人文—历史—哲学思维影响的新闻学研究受到冲击与挑战.在经历了长时间的政治化思维浸润后,传播学与科学方法论的引入受到学界的欢迎.实证主义范式和方法不仅使得新闻传播学科的研究范围得以拓展,研究议题多元且不断深化,学术研究渐趋规范,而且补充了传统人文—历史—哲学思维的情感逻辑,并且检验和发展了新闻传播学科理论、强化了研究成果的现实应用性.与此同时,实证主义也面临方法论、知识贡献以及方法缺陷上的争议.技术时代下新实证主义取向应回归价值理性,而现有新闻传播学范式下的理论和方法更加需要拓展,如此才能对新的智能传播现象更具解释力.

本文利用Matlab构建基于词频逆文件频率(TF-IDF)关键词提取技术模型,获得2000-2017年新闻学与传播学国家社科基金资助项目主题关键词,进而构建关键词共词矩阵,结合文献计量法,对1 396项获得资助项目进行计量分析,梳理描绘出18年来中国新闻传播学的研究热点与趋势.研究发现,项目主题更迭依赖政策导向与技术更新的共同推进;项目主题内容呈现模块化与精细化的融合倾向;项目主题范围的学科交叉特征明显;项目研究与时俱进,紧跟时代进步与发展.

本文在借鉴单一因素对论文被引频次影响的基础上,选取16本新闻学与传播学CSSCI源期刊中2015-2016年发表的3905篇论文为样本,首先应用邻域粗糙集相关原理,通过模糊评价得到论文被引频次的核心影响因素集;进而运用泊松回归分析,验证各影响因素对被引频次的影响程度.

The role of prelimbic (PrL) 5-HT6 receptors in depression is poorly understood, particularly in Parkinson's disease-related depression. Here we reported that 6-hydroxydopamine lesions in rats decreased sucrose preference and increased immobility time as measured by the sucrose preference and forced swim tests when compared to sham-operated rats, indicating the induction of depressive-like behaviors. Intra-PrL injection of 5-HT6 receptor agonist WAY208466 induced depressive-like responses in sham-operated rats, and produced antidepressant-like effects in the lesioned rats. However, 5-HT6 receptor antagonist SB258585 produced antidepressant-like effects in sham-operated rats, and increased the expression of depressive-like behaviors in the lesioned rats. Neurochemical results showed that intra-PrL injection of WAY208466 and SB258585 decreased or increased dopamine (DA) and noradrenaline (NA) levels in the medial prefrontal cortex, amygdala, habenula and ventral hippocampus in sham-operated and the lesioned rats, respectively. WAY208466 increased the firing rate of PrL glutamate neurons in the two groups of rats, while SB258585 decreased the firing rate of the neurons. Compared to sham-operated rats, the duration of WAY208466 and SB258585 action on the firing rate of glutamate neurons was markedly prolonged in the lesioned rats. The lesion did not change the co-localization of 5-HT6 receptor and glutamate neurons in the PrL. These findings indicate that 5-HT6 receptors in the PrL are involved in the regulation of depressive-like behaviors, which attribute to changes in DA and NA levels in the limbic and limbic-related brain regions. Additionally, the results suggest that the lesion leads to a supersensitization of 5-HT6 receptors on glutamate neurons in the PrL.

This paper first gives some reviews on concept of migrant workers,necessity of pension insurance for rural migrant workers,existing problems of pension insurance for rural migrant workers in reality and pension insurance model for migrant workers.Then the author has pointed out that current hot spots and difficulties of migrant workers pension insurance are model design,which shows the views in theoretical field.However,the most feasible practice is Containment-based system model,that is,bringing migrant workers into basic old-age insurance system for enterprise employees in urban areas,otherwise,integrated national social insurance system for migrant workers should be drawn up in order to ensure the migrant worker's legitimate rights and interests;integrated national of social pension insurance for migrant workers should be established in order to successfully achieve the social endowment insurance of transferring for migrant workers.

Aim By analyzing of game-theory relations between government and people in Great Site,to make sure it can achieve Nash equilibrium.Methods Game theory,establish Great Site residents′relocation behavior game model.Results Under the assumption of rational person,government and the residents in Great Site reserves will eventually achieving Nash equilibrium.Conclusion With the fixed targets,government can make people move of their own accord and actively cooperate by compensation and resettlement and measures.
