为了解决苏里格气田水平井钻井提速的技术难题,开展了钻头与螺杆钻具的钻具组合技术研究:优化了造斜段、水平段钻具组合,在保证缩短钻井周期的同时,降低了钻井成本,提高了井底施工安全,为苏36区块和邻区块安全高效钻井提供了借鉴经验和技术支持.
In this paper,the state-of-the-art and adaptability to formation of PDC bit were presented,the form mechanism of PDC bit whirling motion was analyzed,and the methods of prevention bit whirling motion were introduced.According to the requirement of bit steady drilling,the optimization design of prevention bit whirling motion was done.Through field application,the results showed that the anti-whirl PDC bit could shorten drilling cycle,improve drilling speed,prolong operating life,and the borehole inclination was controlled well.
It is very necessary for oil field production to study the technical present condition and development tendency of oil well operation equipments.Based on the utilization conditions of oil well operation equipments for many years,the development tendency is put forward by studying the characteristics and behaviors of three kinds of operation equipments.XJ40T workover rig is the development direction of small operation equipments.XJ80T,XJ120T and XJ150T workover rigs will keep their prevalence steadily for a period.Advanced technologies are used in oil well operation equipments;for example,saving energy,safety and environmental protection techniques.
