2018年5月,有市民在西山区滇池边发现1只死亡池鹭,送于云南农业大学,为明确其死因进行剖检.无菌采集其肠道内容物进行细菌分离培养、 生化鉴定、16S rDNA扩增片段同源性分析,确定致病细菌和其亲缘关系;剖检发现其肠道内有寄生虫,提取虫体DNA进行PCR扩增确定寄生虫类型.结果显示,分离到的致病菌为福氏志贺氏菌,命名为YNCL2018,寄生虫鉴定为蛔虫.诊断该池鹭为福氏志贺氏菌与蛔虫混合感染致死.
2017年1月,在昆明滇池越冬的红嘴鸥排黄色、 白色水样稀便,本研究无菌采集红嘴鸥粪便在实验室进行细菌分离培养、 染色镜检、 提取分离到的菌株核酸进行鉴定、 生化鉴定,从10份腹泻红嘴鸥粪便中共分离到70株细菌,根据菌落形态可分为6类细菌,分别从每一类细菌中挑出1株代表性菌株进行鉴定,结果鉴定出这6株细菌分别为大肠杆菌埃希菌、 金黄色葡萄球菌、 屎肠球菌、 志贺氏菌、 粘质沙雷氏菌、 产酸克雷伯菌.选取氨苄西林、 头孢氨苄、 头孢拉啶、 庆大霉素、 卡那霉素、 阿米卡星、 四环素、氯霉素、 环丙沙星、 恩诺沙星、 磺胺异恶唑、 头孢曲松钠药敏纸片,对分离菌株进行耐药性分析,发现细菌对各种抗生素成不同程度敏感性.野鸟携带的条件致病菌,可能会对野生动物健康造成威胁,本研究对腹泻红嘴鸥粪便中携带的条件致病菌及其耐药性进行研究,以期为野鸟携带的细菌的耐药机制提供研究理论依据,同时对野生动物疫病的监测与防控提供指导.
采集死亡秃鹫的心脏、肝脏病灶进行细菌分离鉴定、生化试验,其病原菌为沙雷氏菌和大肠杆菌;经药敏试验,大肠杆菌对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、氯霉素极度敏感,对头孢哌酮、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟高度敏感,对恩诺沙星中度敏感,对新生霉素、多黏菌素B、四环素低度敏感;黏质沙雷氏菌对头孢哌酮、头孢他啶、恩诺沙星高度敏感,对头孢吡肟、环丙沙星中度敏感,对庆大霉素、氯霉素、新生霉素、多黏菌素B、四环素低度敏感.采用对黏质沙雷氏菌和大肠杆菌均属高度敏感的药物头孢哌酮治疗患病秃鹫,陆续痊愈.
猫口腔发炎溃疡性疾病是猫临床中常见的疾病之一.引起猫口炎和齿龈炎发展的因素主要有饮食、口腔卫生护理、遗传因素和全身性感染性疾病.随着家养宠物猫和流浪猫数量增多,猫临床疾病增加,其中85%猫以上患有不同程度的口腔疾病.猫口炎病例在宠物临床更为多见.
采集云南民族村公园7头亚洲象粪便,研究引起亚洲象腹泻的原因.试验采用细菌培养分离鉴定、RT-PCR序列比对以及药敏试验等方法.结果表明7头亚洲象粪便中均检测出大肠杆菌,其中1头表现腹泻、食欲下降、精神沉郁等临床症状的亚洲象粪便中检测出了沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌;头孢哌酮对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径分别达到28 mm、26 mm,极度敏感.

By the methods of catching and photographing to get the bird’s sample,we analyzed the percent-age of juvenile Black-headed Gull in 3 areas of Dianchi Lake.Sampled and Black-headed Gull banding was car-ried at Haigeng dam of Dianchi Lake.During January 2011,January and February 2012,December 2012,and March 2013,we captured 131、339 and 475 gulls,respectively.Photo sampling carried at Green Park,Haigeng Dam and Baiyukou in January,February and December of 2013.Every season and every site,there 1000 birds were pictured.With consulting a lot of data,the percentage of juvenile Black-headed Gull in Dianchi Lake and population quantity were investigated.The result showed that,in the periods of2010,2011,2012and 2013 win-tering,ratio of Juvenile was 23.7%,33.6%,48.9%,43.1%,respectively.Among them,the ratio of Juven-ile was increased significantly.Moreover,population quantity had maintained increasing,especially in 1992、2002、2010,the increase was jumped.Base on the ration of juvenile and increase regulation of population quanti-ty,we predicted the population of Black- headed Gull wintering in Dianchi Lake would be increased greatly in next a few years.
The weight,length and other four indexes of 131 artificially fed black-headed seagulls that were captured on Haigeng Dam of the Dianchi Lake in January of 2011 were measured,and the data were respectively compared to those measured from the specimen collected from different parts of Yunnan Province during the 1 960 s and 1 980 s.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the adult bird′s weight and tail length between the naturally and artificially fed birds(P0.05),but there were extremely significant differences in the total length,wing length,instep length and the bill length of the two groups(P0.01).The total length and the bill length of the artificially fed black-headed seagull were extremely shorter than those of the naturally fed birds(P0.01).Whereas the wing length and the instep length of the artificially fed black-headed seagull were extremely longer than those of the naturally fed birds.There were no significant differences in the weight,wing length and the instep length of the sub-adult birds of the two groups.However,the total length,tail length and the bill length of the artificially fed sub-adult seagulls were significantly shorter than those measured from the naturally fed ones.
