目的 探讨股腘动脉硬化闭塞症膝下动脉逆行开通的安全性和有效性.方法 收集2015—2016年在我院治疗的TASCⅡC/D型股腘动脉硬化闭塞症病人,其中接受膝下动脉逆行腔内介入(REI)治疗者33例(REI组),常规经股动脉开通治疗者97例(TFA组),比较两组的技术成功率、手术并发症发生率、血管通畅率、保肢率.结果 REI组与TFA组的技术成功率分别为78.8%和90.2%.REI组与TFA组并发症发生率分别为9.1%和6.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后平均随访19.8个月(1~30月),REI组和TFA组的一期通畅率术后1年时分别为48.4%和54.2%,术后2年时分别为29.4%和50.6%;REI组和TFA组的辅助一期通畅率术后1年时分别为63.1%和73.3%,术后2年时分别为36.3%和58.4%.TFA组一期通畅率和辅助一期通畅率相对较高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).REI组术后1、2年时的保肢率分别为93.0%和87.5%,TFA组分别为100.0%和95.4%,两组保肢率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 膝下动脉REI与常规经股动脉开通治疗TASCⅡC/D型股腘动脉硬化闭塞症,随访期间血管通畅率相当,且远端穿刺部位并发症很少发生,因此REI可作为常规经股动脉入路开通失败后的补救治疗手段.
目的:探讨经口腔前庭腔镜NOTES手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的可行性。方法:2013年10月—2014年9月,对6例甲状腺良性病变患者采用经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺NOTES手术。甲状腺结节位于右叶3例,左叶3例,均为单发结节;囊性结节1例,实性结节4例,混合性1例;结节直径1~4 cm。术前诊断甲状腺腺瘤1例,结节性甲状腺肿5例。结果:6例患者均成功实施经口腔前庭腔镜甲状腺NOTES手术,平均手术时间122(100~150)min;平均术中出血30(10~40)m L。其中甲状腺部分切除5例,单侧甲状腺大部分切除1例,无1例中转开放手术。病理诊断甲状腺腺瘤1例,结节性甲状腺肿5例。术后无神经或甲状旁腺损伤等严重并发症;平均住院时间8.2(8~10)d;随访3~13个月无局部复发。结论:经口腔前庭腔镜NOTES手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病是可行的,且切口隐蔽,美容效果满意。
HSP22 (heat shock protein 22), belonging to the superfamily of small heat shock proteins, which has a molecular mass of 21.6 KD and is able to exist in the form of monomer, has multiple functions including molecular chaperones, apoptosis and anti-apoptosis, lifespan extension, antioxidation and so on. In recent years, studies show that HSP22 plays a crucial role in many neurological diseases, such as hereditary nerve endings disease, Alzheimer disease and Charco-Marie-Tooth. This review explores the progress in HSP22 and its involvement in human neurological disease.
N-butyl acetate was synthesized by using ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate as catalyst with microwave irradiation method.The influences of the power of microwave radiation,reaction time,mole ratio of glacial acetic acid to n-butanol,a mount of catalyst and the water diversion on esterfication were discussed and the optimum processing condition was found.The optimum condition of the synthesis of n-butyl acetate which was decided by single-factor experiments as fowllows: power of microwave radiation 240 W,radiation time15 min,the amount of catalyst 1.3 g;mole ratio of glacial acetic acid to n-butanol 1.2:1.0,and yield 82.3%.The method was distinguished for it's virtues: short time,mild condition,simple post-pressing and good for environment.
