Large-scale experimental and demonstration base carries out tasks of scientific innovation of agricultural universities,talents training,technical demonstration and extension.Combined with the actual situation of large-scale experimental and demonstration base outside of the school,the importance for constructing these bases was elaborated in the paper.The brief introduction of large-scale experimental and demonstration base of Huazhong Agricultural University was informed.Suggestions for promoting the construction of large-scale experimental and demonstration base were put forward,i.e.,raise the recognition,make a good total plan,improve mechanism of management.

Huazhong Agricultural University(HZAU) is a national key university of Project 211,succeed the school motto Study diligently and work hard ,tightly around the theme of Support,services,development,actively meet the demands of major national strategies,has explored a new path of servicing agriculture,ruralareas and peasantry.It was significantly contributed to enhancing the capacity of agricultural technology innovation,speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure,sustaining economic growth,ensuring people's well-being and maintaining stability.

In this paper,the importance and practical significance of the construction of the scientific research bases of agricultural universities are mainly described under the background of building national innovation system.The difficulties concerned are analyzed,and the ideas of building the three-level innovation system of scientific research bases in agricultural universities are also proposed.

针对农业大学生与农科专业的特点,以畜牧兽医专业为例,如何做好新生的思想教育教育,能激发新生对专业的热爱,从而为以后更好的学习打下坚实的基础,我们对新生专业思想教育的内容和方法进行探讨。

本文从新时期高校学生管理面临的挑战入手,运用人本管理的理论,对高校学生管理中几种忽视人文关怀的现象进行分析,提出在高校学生事务中应当实施人本管理、体现人文关怀,并结合实践提出了具体建议,努力构建和谐校园。
