在全社会就业形势较严峻、城镇新增就业岗位有限的背景下,农业院校大学毕业生就业难已成为不争的事实,倍受社会各界的广泛关注.随着就业压力的不断增加,农业院校大学生表现的急切和焦虑的求职心理也给他们的求职安全带来了重大隐患.本文正是在此背景下,通过思考和分析农业院校大学生求职存在的安全隐患,提出了加强农业院校大学生求职安全的策略,希望能为加强农业院校大学生求职安全提供一定的理论参考和实践指导.

加强大学生党建工作一直以来都是各高校思想政治教育工作的重点,如何切实将党的育人为本、德育为先的思想教育方针落到实处是新时期各高校目前普遍面临的问题,它直接关系到大学生的健康成长和中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业是否后继有人。文中阐述了农业院校学生党建工作目前的现状、存在的问题,对加强农业院校学生党建工作做了一些浅显的思考,旨在为农业院校高等教育思想政治教育工作提供参考建议。

针对农业大学生与农科专业的特点,以畜牧兽医专业为例,如何做好新生的思想教育教育,能激发新生对专业的热爱,从而为以后更好的学习打下坚实的基础,我们对新生专业思想教育的内容和方法进行探讨。

Social practice, which is an important part in people cultivating and ideological education of academician, plays great role on promoting economic development and society serving. In this article, actuality of undergraduate social practice of Agriculture Academy was analysed. And we expounded idiographic measures to enhance and improve undergraduate social practice of Agriculture Academy. Moreover, we demonstrated that social practice of undergraduate should combine with speciality, country and legal system, which not only makes for exerting a profound influence on educating people, but also be propitious to sustainable development of ideological education, and makes for efficiently supplying person with ability for new country construction, and benefits to prevent from accident.

In the present studies,two potatoes variety of 'Atlantic'and 'Shepody'were used to study effects of different storage conditions with different temperature on the vigor and the physiological characters of virus-free minitubers by storing them under cold(4～6℃),cellar(8～12℃) and normal(18～22℃) storage conditions for 110 days.The results showed:(1)the vigor of minitubers were raised significantly under cold storage condition.The vigor index of'Atlantic'was 20.44%,33.51% higher than that under cellar and normal storage conditions separately while that of 'Shepody'was 20.28%,35.46% higher.(2)The activity of CAT and SOD of minitubers of the two varieties under cold condition was remarkably higher than that under cellar and normal conditions.The CAT activity was 35.37%～48.25%,91.68%～125.23% higher while that of SOD was 5.79%～6.60%,10.53%～12.81% higher respectively.The content of MDA,however,was 30.47%～47.79%,85.54%～87.09% lower.(3) The more the weight of minitubers,the stronger remarkably the vigor,and the higher the activity of CAT and SOD while the situation of the content of MDA was reverse.(4)During storage time,the water content was reduced,slowest under cold condition;soluble protein was increased,highest under cold condition;starch was decreased,but the reduction level under cellar was lowest;Soluble sugar was also reduced,however,there was not any notably different among three storage conditions.It was indicated that potato minitubers could keep higher vigor under cold storage condition and cold cellar normal storage was the order.

As unique relative stable social assistance,enterprise scholarship has obtained good effect on releasing students' economic pressure and stimulating them to become morally and academically accomplished.Therefore,recognizing the status quo,strengthening the collection and perfecting the choosing criteria mechanism of enterprise scholarship are beneficial to realize the educating function of enterprise scholarship and improve the quality of higher education.

Through concluding the Current Situation and Characteristics of Subject Competition in Colleges and Universities,the paper analyzed the problems that existed in Subject Competition in detail,combining with work practice,it also discussed some problems about how to construct perfect Subject Competition system and fully develop carrier effect in training College Students' Innovation Quality.
