Based on the nature of stocks,this paper analyzes the influence of the legal persons' cross-holding of stocks in China's listed companies on the smooth run of stock market after full circulation of stocks because of the different aims of investment.It is to point out that the full circulation of stocks cannot completely solve the deep-seated problems of stock-holding system.
