Formaldehyde,benzene,total volatile organic compounds(TVOC),ammonia,radon in indoor air were determined in 30 residential buildings and 5 office buildings after decorating in Guangxi Nanning city.The results showed that TVOC exceed the national standard more than any other item,samples overstep percentage in residential buildings such as sample point was 67.2% and sample unit was 80.0%,in office building was 15.2%;TVOC overstep percentage in residential building dissimilarity function such as living room was 58.6%,in bedroom was 60.7%,in reading?room was 80.8%,in kitchen was 55.6%.The research indicated decorating related indoor environmental severe contamination,mostly resulted in indoor air quality declining.Finally some countermeasures of prevention and suggestions were promoted to solve the problem.
Based on a recombinant cell strain for high sensitivity detection of estrogenic activity,estrogen synthesis technology is a revolutionary technology of the detection of the biological efficacy.It has the advantages of high efficiency and high sensitivity characteristic.The HeLa cells(the cells without endogenous hormone receptor) were used to recombine the human estrogen receptor α(hERα) or estrogen receptor β(hERβ),and then build a stable expression of cell to detect the luciferase report gene.pERE-Luc plamid was generated by inserting estrogen response element(ERE) fragment into MCS of pGL3-promoter vector.HeLa cells were cotransfected with pERE-Luc using so fast transfection reagent.The cells were then treated with 17β-estradiol(E2),diethylstilbestrol and progesterone,and expression of the reporter gene in the cell lysates was assayed using Dual-Luciferase reporter assay system.The pERE-Luc plasmid was constructed.Luciferase activities of pERE-Luc-ransfected HeLa cells showed that the correlations between RFU of Luc activity and E2,diethylstilbestrol and progesterone standard sample concentration was nonlinear,r2 was 0.879 8,0.955 0 and 0.926 2,respectively.E2 at 1.0×10-13 mol/L induced the expression of reporter gene and that at 1.0×10-9 mol/L resulted in the peak luciferase activity.Diethylstilbestrol luciferase activity was larger than 1.0×10-10 mol/L and progesterone was larger than 1.0×10-11 mol/L.The estrogenic activity of progesterone was more potent than that of diethylstilbestrol.The averages of the reporter gene emitted were 0.947 4,0.312 3 and 0.579 6,the relative standard deviation were 13.7%,3.7% and 3.4% after treated with E2,diethylstilbestrol and progesterone at 1.0×10-10 mol/L.Results showed that good quality reproducibilities of luciferase reporter gene expression were obtained after treated with E2,diethylstilbestrol and progesterone.The spiked recoveries of E2 were over 75% in four fishes and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 7.3%and 11.6%.The proposed reporter gene-based assay is effective and reliable.

Essential oil from stem and leaf(samples of mixed leaves and old leaves)of linalool-type Cinnamomum camphora(Linn.) Presl was extracted respectively by steam distillation method.The essential oils were analyzed with gas chromatography and GC-MS-DS quantitatively and qualitatively.The results show that content and chemical compositions of essential oil from stem and leaf of linalool-type C.camphora have great difference.The mass fraction of essential oil in leaves(1.39%) is higher than in stem(0.54%);The mass fraction of linalool in leaf essential oil(89.59%) is higher than in stem(74.49%);The mass fraction of camphor in leaf essential oil(0.61%) is lower than in stem(4.34%);The quality of leaf essential oil collected in October(linalool 92.69%,camphor 0.40%) is superior to leaves collected in July(linalool 86.49%,camphor 0.82%).
Objective To provide a scientific support for the further development and use of Pistacia weinmannifolia by analyzing the components of essential oil from the fresh leaves of this plant.Methods The essential oil was extracted from Pistacia weinmannifolia by using steam distillation. Its chemical components was analyzed and identified by GC-MS method, and the relative contents were calculated by normalized method of chromatographic peak areas. Results More than 50 chemical components were separated by GC and 49 were identified, which accounted for over 90% of the total essential oil. The experiment showed that the oil was mainly composed of α-Pinene, (+)-2-Caren, γ-Terpinen, and Terpinen4-ol. Conclusions The components of essential oil from Pistacia weinmannifolia have large chemical and pharmaceutical values, which is of broad market prospects and good potential for the development and utilization.
The essential oil was extracted from Cymbopogon citratus(DC.)Stapf by steam distillation,and a capillary GC method was adopted to record the fingerprint of the oil.The standard fingerprint chromatogram of this essential oil was obtained by the similarity evaluation system software of Chinese-medicine spectral fingerprint,and the common pattern of the fingerprint chromatogram of this essential oil was established,which provides a quality standerd and testing method for citronella oil in Guangxi.
The addition of cysteine (Cys) to the fluorescence system of In(Ⅲ)8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid complex (In(Ⅲ)-HQS) in H3BO3-Na2B4O7 buffer (pH 8.50) solution led to immediate fluorescence inhibition, which was proportional to their amounts.Based on this finding,a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of Cys has been developed.The detection limits was 15ng·mL-1(SNR=3).Most amino acids had no interference at high concentrations.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Cys in cysteine electrolyte,with recoveries of 95.7%~101.3%.
