今天我们相聚在这里,隆重召开上海市化学化工学会成立100周年纪念大会,这是一次回顾总结、抚今展望的聚会,也是向未来百年出发的聚会.在此我代表上海市化学化工学会(简称:学会)第十一届理事会向百年来关心支持学会发展的各级领导、社会各界、兄弟学(协)会的同仁表示衷心的感谢,并对你们出席今天的大会表示热烈的欢迎,同时向艰苦创业、辛勤耕耘的历代化学化工人尤其要向我们的先驱们致以崇高的敬意,还要向历年来为学会发展和建设作出重要贡献的各届理事长、副理事长、荣誉理事长和专家顾问表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意,特别要向出席今天大会的学会老领导致敬和感谢.

The paper studies the main theories concerning competitiveness, such as Michael Porter's Five Forces, four aspects including marketing, management, technology and manufacturing proposed by US SRI International, some research achievements obtained by Japanese chemical industry and Anderson Company, all of which are combined with Chinese situation and the author's practices and thoughts.Through analyzing on Shanghai tyre industry, the author puts forward the composition of competitiveness and some propositions of enhancing the competitiveness of the industry, as well as some measures from "Cost Pressure" to "Competitiveness Pressure".

As one of the new digital models of enterprise operation management,grid management of chemical industry safety reflects the new orientation of the modern enterprise management.It analyzes the origin of the grid management of enterprise safety and illustrates its basic concepts and methods.The innovations are shown through practical examples of Shanghai Coking Chemical Corporation.In the end,the efficiency and value of grid wanagement are discussed on the base survey data.

0概况 上世纪90年代以来,随着经济全球化的深入和国际产业转移的加速,我国经济新一轮增长的重化工特征明显,化学工业成了我国工业仅次于机械、钢铁两大产业的高速增长产业群,2001-2003年平均增长率达24%,对工业增长的贡献率为10%.中国的化学工业成了国际产业转移的热土,到目前为止,这一轮发展的一个重要特点是沿海地区成了重化工工业的发展重心.
