By use of the Y-type sediment re-suspension generator,laboratory model tests were performed on concentration variations of suspended sediment(SS),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) and phosphate(PO3-4) of Zhushan water area in the northwest of Taihu Lake under conditions of algae with different quantities and wastewater with different concentrations of CODCr based the original sediment and water body collected from Taihu Lake.The result shows that during 7 days' simulation under common wind waves,the concentration of SS in Taihu Lake tends to decrease no matter the addition of algae or wastewater,SS tends to reduce,indicating that the particles are possible to settle on the riverbed.However,the concentrations of NH3-N and PO3-4 do not increase with the increase of quantity of algae,indicating that the alive algae can absorb nitrogen and phosphate in the water.The increase of wastewater with different concentrations of CODCr results in the increase of concentrations of NH3-N and PO3-4,and they have a increasing tendency with the time.
蓝藻水华的局部聚积以及河流污水携带入湖被认为是太湖局部水体水质恶化乃至产生湖泛“黑臭”的主要原因。本文通过采集太湖水体鲜藻和入湖区混合常见浓度污水,应用再悬浮发生装置,室内模拟有底泥参与的不同藻类聚积和不同CODcr含量污水进入条件下,太湖西北竺山湖区水质上下层水体中悬浮物、氨氮及磷酸根磷含量变化过程。初步结果表明,在7d的常见风浪模拟环境中,无论加入藻类和加入污水后上下层水体中SS含量均呈下降,表现颗粒物有向水底沉降的可能;但水体的氨氮和磷酸根磷含量并未因藻量增加而上升,反映鲜藻此时对水体中氮磷呈吸收作用;而污水添加量的增加则使水柱中氨氮和磷酸根磷出现上升,并大致随时间的增加而呈逐步上升的趋势。
