随着云计算、移动互联网技术的飞速发展,业务系统所依赖的IT基础设施越来越多,其技术架构较以往差异较大,如何能够对业务系统的综合运行态势进行准确评估,高效保障业务系统持续、健康的运行显得尤为重要.基于层次分析法,以IT基础设施各类各域资源的监控指标为出发点,确定各管理域态势的评估模型,在此基础上对业务系统的IT基础设施综合态势进行评估,模拟试验的结果表明该方法能够体现业务系统的综合态势运行状态,能够对未来业务系统的运行保障提供有力支撑.

Today,with the fast development of information systems,the information exchange and information conversion to be every where between command automation information systems,if the different information exchange standard can be convert,namely,how to evaluate the interoperability of information exchanged standard,so problem is appear.This paper builds a series model and guides line of the standard interoperability grade,gives the measure standard and the evaluation method,at the same time,designing the tools to evaluate standard interoperability,and so resoved the problems above perfectly.

OCI is the interface of database development that Oracle9i database provides to the applied system developer. The traditional method has such problems as low generality, high rate of resources usage, and unavailability of convenient access authority control. The database access middleware based on OCI is a kind of middleware based on service. It not only has such service procedure characteristics as encapsulation, heavy use, and position transparency but also resolvs the above problems. At the same time, this paper carries out two experiments through the data of which to compare the performance of two kinds of technology.
