在冬季低温、多雨雪地区,沥青路面在温度和水的作用下会加剧坑槽等病害,为及时解决修复这些病害,进而不影响行车安全,采用适宜的冷补材料是关键.综述了各国沥青路面坑槽病害冷补材料的研究和应用发展现状,分析目前冷补料技术比较先进国家的技术和产品的特点,提出目前沥青路面坑槽病害冷补材料的主要技术问题和发展方向,为以后沥青路面冷补料技术和产品的研究提供参考.
为了确定聚丙烯纤维微表处混合料的最佳配合比设计,通过湿轮磨耗试验、负荷轮粘砂试验、拌合试验和低温弯曲试验等,确定了纤维掺量和最佳油石比,并对微表处混合料进行肯塔堡飞散试验及车辙试验研究,结果表明在微表处中加入纤维可以有效提高混合料的路用性能.
Through investigating on an old cement concrete pavement defect,the corresponding repairing measures were adopted.Combined with the technical characteristics of water proof coiled material and SMA13,the both construction technical points were listed,in order to prevent old cement pavement reflected crack and enhance urban highway function by using water proof coiled material and SMA13.
The bearer structures of casting girder bridges in place are various and proper bearer structure can ensure the safety and quality of construction.Taking the design and construction of casting 30m bearer of Xishangou Bridge Ⅱ as case study,the principle is demonstrated;secondly,the proper construction structure should be applied with the full consideration of the influence of bearer sedimentation;and during the construction,experiment measures,such as pre-pressing are applied to eliminate the non-elastic deformation and to detect elastic deformation of the bearer.
