We do real test for moisture retention in ventilation with four grain bins:No.2、No.3、No.6、No.15 grain bins in 2011 winter.We open axial-flow fans when the air relative humidity of introduced into grain heap greater or equal to the relative humidity of air in the grain mass when grain moisture content increased by 2%,but smaller than the relative humidity of air in the grain heap when the grain moisture content increased by 3%,at the same time the outside temperature equal to or greater than 6 degree.The No.2 grain bin after the winter ventilation the average temperature 9.9 ℃,an increase of 0.1% moisture;The No.3 grain bin after the winter ventilation the average temperature 9.1 ℃,an increase of 0.9% moisture;The No.6 grain bin after the winter ventilation the average temperature 11.4℃,an decrease of 0.1% moisture;The No.15 grain bin after the winter ventilation the average temperature 10.2℃,an increase of 0.1% moisture.
2011年冬季,大理直属库利用自然低温进行降温通风的保水与效率探索试验,在以降温为目的的通风过程中,根据粮食吸附解析原理,找到平衡的区域,在保证通风效率的同时,减少通风期间的水分损失。
