有机硅生产废水成分复杂,化学需氧量(COD)、铜离子和锌离子含量高,含盐量大,单一的处理方法难以实现达标排放.本文以某有机硅单体生产企业为例,结合有机硅生产废水的特点,从源头分质分流,分别采用混凝+气浮预处理、隔油+机械式蒸汽再压缩蒸发器(MVR)预处理、芬顿/紫外线高级氧化和生化处理,实现废水达标排放.
In order to solve the problems in the process of the rectification unit of 60 kt/a silicone in Zhejiang Wynca chemical group Co.,Ltd,an advanced control system was successfully used.It used APC-Adcon senior multivariables robust prediction control system developed by Zhejiang Supcon software Co.,Ltd.The yield of premium grade key products such as methyltrichlorosilane,dimethyldichlorosilane was improved to 90% above,and the energy consumption of per unit product reduced by more than 8%.
有机硅单体生产过程中,由于甲基氯硅烷物料的特殊化学性质,传统取样过程中会产生大量的腐蚀性酸性气体,严重危害取样人员的身心健康,并对装置造成腐蚀.取样点引入拜尔密闭取样器,并对取样系统进行优化改进,取得了良好的实际应用效果.
