Abstract α‐cyanoacryloyloxyethyloxypropyl‐functionalized polysiloxanes were prepared using a condensation reaction between the adduct of anthracene/α‐cyanoacryloyl chloride and hydroxyethyloxypropyl‐modified polydimethylsiloxanes, followed by a retro‐Diels–Alder reaction to deprotect the anthracene. Structures of the obtained polymers and their intermediates were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FT‐IR spectroscopies. Under mild conditions such as at room temperature with a relative humidity of 60%, the α‐cyanoacryloyloxyethyloxypropyl‐functionalized polysiloxanes could be completely cured within 3 minutes. With a small amount of N,N‐dimethyl‐p‐toluidine as the initiator, the curing time could be further shortened to 3–5 seconds. Various factors affected on the cross‐linking density and the average molecular weight between two adjacent cross‐linking points were investigated. The results indicated that with the introduction of the α‐cyanoacryloyloxyethyloxypropyl group, α‐cyanoacryloyloxyethyloxypropyl‐functionalized PDMS exhibited much better thermal stabilities than that of pure poly(ethyl α‐cyanoacrylate). Besides, the introduction of an α‐cyanoacryloyloxyethyloxypropyl group in the PDMS molecule also eliminated the crystallization behavior and glass transition temperature of PDMS. The results of the water contact angle test showed the interfacial characteristics of the prepared material changed significantly relative to pure PDMS. With the increase in the content of the functional group, the water contact angle of the material showed an overall increasing trend.
采用X射线荧光光谱仪测试了二甲基二氯硅烷水解物中有机氯含量,通过减压蒸馏排除无机氯的干扰,使用标准加入法除去基体的干扰,解决了标准样不易获取的难题.采用该方法时需要对样品进行前处理,较佳的样品量为5 mL.该方法具有操作简单、分析速度快的优点,适用于二甲基二氯硅烷水解物中有机氯含量的日常快捷测试.
The saturated temperature of ethenyltris(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)silane (trisF-ES), dimethoxymethyl(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)silane (F-DiMOMS) and trimethoxy(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)silane (F-TriMOS) were determined using an inclined ebulliometer from 3.00 to 100.00 kPa. The experimental data were fitted with the Antoine equation and the Clarke-Glew equation by a weighted least-squares regression method, and gave the Antoine parameters (A = 8.8461, B = 120711, C = -114.06 K, A = 8.8040, B = 1166.06, C = -97.69 K and A = 8.9712, B = 1279.86, C = -92.77 K) and standard vaporization enthalpy Delta H-g(l)m(0)(298.15 K) = 55.84 kJ mol(-1), Delta H-g(l)m(0)(298.15 K) = 47.54 kJ mol(-1) and Delta H-g(l)m(0)(298.15 K) = 49.48 kJ mol(-1) for trisF-ES, F-DiMOMS and F-TriMOS, respectively. The critical properties of trisF-ES, F-DiMOMS and F-TriMOS, including critical temperature, pressure, and volume, were estimated by the group contribution method introduced by Nannoolal et al. The acentric factors (omega) of trisF-ES, F-DiMOMS and F-TriMOS were estimated from these critical parameters and the reduced saturated vapor pressures calculated using both the Antoine equation and the Clarke-Glew equation. Vinyl-tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)silane (VTTFEOS) has been prepared by the alcoholysis of vinyltrichlorosilane with 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol, and an orthogonal design method has been used to determine the key factors affecting the yield of the product. Results indicate that the yield is significantly influenced by the molar ratio of the feedstocks and the condensation temperature. VTTFEOS was purified by means of vacuum distillation and its structure was characterized by 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR spectrometries, FTIR spectroscopy, and GC-MS. The densities and the refractive indices of VTTFEOS at 20 and 25°C are reported.
综述了硅烷类化合物作为外给电子体在Ziegler-Natta催化体系中的应用及其对聚烯烃性能的影响,讨论了硅烷化合物的分子结构和取代基空间位阻对聚烯烃立体规整度和相对分子质量分布的影响,在总结近期硅烷类外给电子体研究进展的基础上,对耒来硅烷类外给电子体的发展趋势进行了展望.
综述了硅烷改性聚醚化合物的结构、制备方法、交联固化机理及硅烷改性聚醚密封胶研究进展及其在装配式建筑、土木工程及工业领域中的应用,并对硅烷改性聚醚基础聚合物制备路线及硅烷改性聚醚密封胶未来的发展方向进行了展望.
The research progress of phenyltrichlorosilaneused in preparation of each kind of silicone resins such as condensed silicone resins,addition type LED encapsulant silicone resins,silicon-alkyne resins,ladder silicone resins,polylsilsesquioxane and modified silicone resins, et al., silicone intermediates such as poly-chlorinated silanes,partially alkylated product and novel crosslinking agents,etc,and halogen-free flame re-tardant additives,and trim substrate materials were briefly reviewed.The application prospect of phenyltrichlo-rosilane in the future was also presented.
