Besides,they are also important signs of urban parks greening level and possess lots of local characteristics.Taken native tree species of Chengdu parks as study object,this paper makes a systematic investigation on landscape tree species having applied to 8 major urban parks in Chengdu,statistical results show that landscape trees applied to urban parks greening in Chengdu have about 139 species,respectively belonging to 106 genera in 56 families.Among these landscape tree species,native trees have about 101 species,accounting for about 61.59% of all used landscape tree species,and exotic tree species have about 63 species,accounting for over 38.41% of all used landscape tree species.Based on this survey,this paper analyzes the application situation of native tree species in urban parks of Chengdu,and proposes strategies strengthening application of native tree species in urban parks greening towards some current problems in the application of native tree species.
