Based on the overview of special testing standards on electromechanical control detection of new energy automobile battery,taking the certain type of lithium-ion battery,motor and controller as an example,this paper firstly introduced the detection test,and pointed out the related problems.Finally,issues related to the development of lithium iron phosphate battery thermal management system are also provided the reference for the new energy automotive batteries electrical control detects.
Based on the analysis on principles and functional design of verification equipment for high-voltage electrical energy meter,the article clearly proposes that the output of verification equipment should simulate the actual state of high-voltage grid. By experiment,the article also indicates precautions of verification equipment with different mode, with which we can further improve the verification equipment,and promote the development of whole verifying of highvoltage electrical energy.

According to the present situation of electric spark leak detector,this article proposes a solution to its calibration.Based on the principle of the measurement and the research on its metrological characteristics,the calibration items,calibration methods and request for standard device are introduced.The authors suggest a scientific scheme for calibrating different types of electric spark leak detectors with different items and methods.The experimental results indicate that the calibration method is reliable,and has good maneuverability and traceability.This research provides reliability assurance for electric spark detectors working in field.

This article introduces testing methods of measurement of insulation resistance tester judging by existing status of it in China.Based on the principle of the measurement and its metrological characteristics,the article discusses the preparation,items and methods of calibration and requests for standard device,as well as similarities and differences of calibration items and method between single-point high voltage value resistor and multipoint high voltage value resistor, forms a systematic and scientific calibration scheme.It has a positive significance for improving reliability and operability of insulation resistance tester measurement.
This article introduces a new scheme of the automatic verification system of D.C.shunt.On the basis of research upon the principle of current comparator and its metrological characteristics,co-workers adopt current comparator technology and present commutation means to effectively reduce the thermoelectric power,then improved accuracy gready.The system adopts modular design,accomplishing instrument control and data collection through GPIB card,which could rapidly finish data collection,error calculation,round-off error,data display,data storage and arrangement of original records and certificate.This new scheme helps to increase the efficiency of verification, meanwhile to reduce cost and energy consumption.
