In order to solve the problem of quantitative traceability of detection devices for fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems. Method analysis and research were conducted on parameters such as emergency switching time, emergency working time, DC charging voltage, DC discharge voltage, DC charging current, DC discharge current, environmental test temperature, and environmental test humidity. We searched for appropriate calibration methods for the technical characteristics of each parameter and designed a set of calibration devices for fire emergency lighting detectors. The test results show that the technical indicators of the calibration device can meet the traceability requirements of the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system.
针对充电桩现场测试设备的充电需求与实际输出不一致,出现电压、电流不匹配的问题,设计了一套检测方案,构建出包括电流检测模块、电压检测模块和示波器检测模块的检测电路,通过采样电压和电流信号,计算出不同负载下充电桩输出电流和电压值,并设计了包括直流电能采集电路,由双通道AD转换AD7380、可编程增益放大器、可编程增益放大器、增益电阻Rg2和电源变换器、低通滤波器电容CL、低通滤波器电阻RL组成的检测电路,在检测电路中,为了提高检测效率,还设置了校正电路.通过试验,本研究方法分析直观,误差低.
By the end of 2022, the civil explosive industry has realized the full use of industrial electronic detonators, which has promoted the upgrading of the electrical parameter tester of industrial electronic detonators. The original calibration method can no longer meet its traceability requirements. According to the working principle of the industrial digital electronic detonator electrical parameter tester, this paper studies the calibration method of the delay time, DC resistance (firing bridge wire resistance), DC current, internal crystal oscillator signal (frequency) and other parameters, simulates and assembles a set of measuring standard device, and analyzes the sources of uncertainty of the industrial digital electronic detonator electrical parameter tester, which is solved the problem of quantity value traceability of industrial digital electronic detonator electrical parameter tester in civil explosive industry.

In this paper, the active electric energy value of the charging pile and its change time scale are obtained through the image recognition algorithm, and the low-pass filter algorithm is used to filter out the time scale jitter.By calculating the active electric energy value (Ex) of the charging pile in the time scale interval and the standard electric energy value (Eb) in the same interval, the active electric energy error is calculated according to the electric energy comparison method.Compared with the traditional energy comparison method, the verification time is related to the minimum quantitative value of active electric energy, The verification time of this method is only related to the jitter of time scale and the quantization error of camera, which can greatly improve the verification efficiency of low-power charging pile.

In order to solve the problem of measuring and tracing the dynamic line and static line of the wireless intelligent detection line in the assembly line workshop of an enterprise, the on-line measurement method of refrigerator intelligent detection line was studied, and a set of on-line calibration device of refrigerator intelligent detector was established. The test results show that the on-line calibration device of the refrigerator intelligent detector designed in this paper can realize the minimum measuring AC power of 0.5 W and the lowest measuring temperature of -30 (cid:263) . This measurement method solves the real-time online automatic calibration of the refrigerator intelligent testing line, as well as the real-time online measurement supervision of the measured data
对电子式电能表进行EMS测试,需要开展如电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度、射频电磁场感应的传导骚扰抗扰度、传导抗扰度等试验,电能表检定装置受干扰甚至不能正常工作.针对以上问题,设计了一种宽频率电压去耦网络、电流去耦电路和非接触式误差模块,提出了一种抑制EMS试验中干扰信号的方法,应用共模高频LC去耦电路、共模中频LC去耦电路、差模LC去耦电路、二级共模高频LC去耦电路,提高电能表检定装置的电压线路、电流回路、辅助信号线路抗干扰能力,使得电能表检定装置在强干扰环境中能稳定输出.试验结果表明,采取该综合去耦网络后,电能表检定装置的EMS抗干扰能力得到显著提高.
针对支持向量机(SVM)分类性能受参数影响,且最优参数难以获取这一问题,提出一种基于细菌觅食算法(BFA)的电力变压器故障诊断模型的参数寻优方法.该方法以电力变压器油中特征气体含量作为状态评价样本,通过BFA寻找全局最优SVM参数解,构建k-折平均分类准确率目标函数,建立变压器故障诊断模型.仿真结果表明,BFA对SVM最优参数的选取较遗传算法(GA)、粒子群算法(PSO)更迅速,且优化后的SVM电力变压器故障诊断模型具有更高的精确度;利用BFA优化方法建立的SVM电力变压器状态诊断模型,对IEC三比值法中无法判断的数据也可进行精确诊断.最后,通过实例分析,验证了方法的有效性.
一、制定背景 传统的电测量仪表采用模拟指示,随着集成电路和计算机技术的发展,模拟指示仪表越来越多地被数字显示仪表所替代.电参数测量仪代表了一种先进的测量技术,已经成为各行各业通用的计量仪器,目前国家尚未制定电参数测量仪的校准规范,1992年实施的JJG780-1992《交流数字功率表检定规程》,仅对单一参数——“交流功率”的测量进行了规定,远远满足不了目前日新月异的现代工业发展的需求.国家校准规范JJF1491-2014《数字式交流电参数测量仪校准规范》顺应形势发展,于2015年2月17日开始实施.该规范的制定和实施,解决了电参数测量仪的量值统一问题,为电参数测量仪的计量校准提供了良好的技术依据.

本文通过整体检定高压计量箱,发现在不平衡状态下误差超差现象;通过分析,得出由于铁质外壳的导磁性,使得一次电流回路中产生感应电流,由此导致误差超差;通过更换磁导率较小的不锈钢外壳,感应电流大大减小,误差也符合相应要求,取得满意效果.
Based on the analysis on principles and functional design of verification equipment for high-voltage electrical energy meter,the article clearly proposes that the output of verification equipment should simulate the actual state of high-voltage grid. By experiment,the article also indicates precautions of verification equipment with different mode, with which we can further improve the verification equipment,and promote the development of whole verifying of highvoltage electrical energy.
We describe a method for the measurement of the equivalent inductance of the high current shunts against a four-terminal mutual inductance with the lock-in amplifier by means of the substitution method. The measurement results of Fluke A40B and metal foil shunts developed by BEV Austria at 50 A and 100 A at frequency up to 200 kHz are presented.
本文探讨了电流源进行校准时,不同阻值的分流器对测量结果的影响.实验结果表明:电流源输出10A时,外加分流器阻值的大小对测量结果的影响可以忽略;电流源输出电流在0.1A和1A量程,频率小于1kHz时,负载效应同样可以忽略,但是频率高于1kHz的时候,负载效应就会显现出来,如果需要在更高的频率下对电流源进行精密测量就需要考虑负载效应.
