后备母猪是猪场的生产源泉,要求管理者制定补充计划,科学地进行组群、饲养管理,适龄、适时配种并做好后续工作,及时为生产群补充新生力量。
本试验旨在研究甘氨酸铜和硫酸铜对仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率以及粪铜含量的影响,以探讨在仔猪日粮中用甘氨酸铜替代无机铜的可行性。选取120头体重9~10kg的长×大二元仔猪,随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每个重复12头猪,采用低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮,分别饲喂基础日粮添加120mg/kgCuSO4(以铜计)(硫酸铜组)、120mg/kgGly-Cu(甘氨酸铜组)的日粮,试验为期22d。分别于试验前期、中期、后期采集粪便,测定养分消化率。结果显示:(1)两组间平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比以及腹泻频率无显著差异(P〉0.05);(2)试验前期甘氨酸铜组的粗蛋白、粗脂肪消化率显著高于硫酸铜组(P≤0.05),而中期、后期两组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05);(3)硫酸铜组的粪铜含量比甘氨酸铜组低7.78%,差异显著(P≤0.05)。结果表明:同等剂量的甘氨酸铜和硫酸铜对仔猪促生长效果相似,但甘氨酸铜组粪铜排出较多,应考虑降低甘氨酸铜使用量,以减少铜资源消耗和对环境的污染。
Duroc×Landrace two-way cross piglets were randomly divided into two groups and the effects of low-protein and amino acid balanced ration on the growth performance and nitrogen excretion of the weanling pigs were studied.The results showed that the body weight gain of the piglets fed on the balanced ration was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01)and increased by 17.74%over that of the control group;Feeding the piglets on the balanced ration significantly improved the apparent digestibility of crude protein in the ration(P0.01),reduced the ratio of feed to body weight gain by 7.9%,and meanwhile decreased the cull percentage by 51.47%;The nitrogen content in fecal samples of the piglets fed on the balanced ration was 8.21%lower than that of the control group(P0.01),and compared with the control group,the ammonia content of pen was also significantly decreased(P0.01).It was concluded that the low-protein and amino-acid balanced ration could not only improve the growth performance of weanling pigs but also reduce the nitrogen excretion.
