党的十八大后进入新时代，党中央着眼国家安全环境新变化，强调坚持走中国特色强军之路，全面推进国防和军队现代化，并作出新的战略筹划和全面布局。人才是发展的第一要素，鼓励大学生参军入伍，吸引优秀的青年服兵役可为军队提供优质兵源，且能够全面推进改革强军、科技强军、人才强军战略实施。在已有研究基础上，以沈阳农业大学某学院为例，结合辅导员工作经历，剖析新时代大学生应征入伍工作的意义，发掘出大学生参加入伍被动、征兵宣传感召力低、国家优待政策程序繁杂等诸多问题。探索大学生应征入伍工作创新路径，通过营造国防教育浓厚范围、构建立体化宣传机制、精准落实优待政策及优化退役大学生再教育等创新举措促进高校应征入伍工作高质量开展。
This paper uses EIQ-ABC analysis method to analyze steel logistics’s recent outgoing data on IQ, IK and IQ-IK, for obtaining the proportion of single product outgoing volume and outgoing frequency of various steel in the logistics park to get the classification results of A, B and C, and put forward the storage layout of M steel logistics park according to the results. The application of this method can help iron and steel enterprises to establish a modern warehousing system, improve the overall efficiency of warehousing logistics system, reduce production costs, increase enterprise profits, and improve enterprise service capacity and market competitiveness
