为提高光网络的生存性,提出一种基于业务时延容忍度及报警反馈评估的故障业务恢复算法.首先,应用基于混合进化神经网络的链路多故障定位模型,从大量报警信息中准确定位故障位置;然后,对故障业务进行时延容忍度评估,并以此为依据为故障业务排列恢复顺序.此外,根据各链路上报警信息的种类和数量,对每条链路进行了可靠性评估,优先选择可靠性更高的链路进行路由.仿真结果表明:该算法的故障定位准确率高达91%,故障业务相对恢复时延度平均降低了48.83%,恢复路径可靠性平均提高了6.05%.
实际运行经验表明,采用标准中推荐的500 kV并联间隙经常出现保护失效情形.相关研究人员已研制出适用于一般地区的新型500 kV并联间隙,但在高海拔条件下,新型500 kV并联间隙的尺寸参数不能直接采用一般地区的参数.本文在海拔2100 m的特高压工程技术(昆明)国家工程实验室环境下,针对不同串长下不同尺寸参数的并联间隙进行了U50%雷电冲击试验、伏秒特性试验、可见电晕和无线电干扰试验,并进行了保护有效性分析;通过仿真得到了安装并联间隙前后杆塔耐雷性能的变化.研究结果表明,当绝缘子片数分别为33片和37片时,推荐选取的并联间隙电极横向伸出长度分别为800/800 mm、850/850 mm,在安装并联间隙后,单回线路耐雷水平均较安装前降低,但双回线路同时闪络耐雷水平均有所提高,提高幅度分别为11.3%和11.6%.
