5G新通话业务,具备开放的应用平台、可视化人机交互等特点,可极大提升用户通话体验,是电信运营商基于5G网络对传统电信业务开展创新的重要尝试.如何对这一创新业务进行计费已成为业务成功发展的关键问题.对 5G新通话进行介绍,并通过分析其业务特征及现有的计费模式,给出 5G新通话发展不同阶段的计费模式建议.

Telecom network is still in the process of continuous development and evolution, which is par-ticularly prominent in LTE, IMS and Public WLAN areas. This article introduced basic information about these three networks, proposed two general methods for charging test by analyzing the network structure and charging principle. In addition, this article made a forward-looking thinking about billing and charging test in the new patterns of telecom services.
In this paper a method of time interval measurement based on gate delay is introduced. The method of time interval measurement and the structure and property of chip related to the design are presented, then the hardware and software design idea of the time interval measurement system are proposed, at last the uncertainty analysis of the whole system is made.
The communication quality plays an important role in the development and operation of mobile networks,so it's very necessary to test and evaluate the communication quality.Based on users'quality of experience,a new test and evaluation system with uniform test indicator system,uniform test method and uniform evaluation method as its main body,is given in the paper.The system can be applied to various mobile networks and provide reasonable evaluation results to telecommunications authorities,subscribers and operators.
General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) network is a mature radio data communication network,However,GPRS billing veracity is becoming as focus of telecommunication complaints at present.Through the study of the principles,process,triggers and contents of billing in GPRS network,the author comes up with three methods for testing the usage-based billing systems in GPRS network,and briefly analyses the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods.
