目的 讨论快速康复护理对股骨骨折术后患者的应用价值.方法 将本院2018年5月-2019年10月期间收治的56例股骨骨折手术随机分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(快速康复护理)各28例,评判标准:VAS评分、FIM评分及住院时间.结果 研究组患者的VAS评分、FIM评分及住院时间均明显优于对照组,P<0.05.结论 快速康复护理的实施可有效缓解患者的术后疼痛感,缩短其住院时间,值得推广.
目的:探究小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采取阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗的效果及安全性.方法:本次研究共选取研究对象240例,均为2017年6月—2018年11月在我院住院治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组120人.对照组给予红霉素序贯疗法,实验组实施阿奇霉素序贯疗法,分析对比两组患儿采用不同方式治疗后,退热、肺部啰音与咳嗽消除时间,治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,实验组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间以及肺部啰音消除时间等临床症状缓解情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的治疗有效率为93.33%,对照组的治疗有效率为79.16%,实验组高出对照组14.17%(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率为0.33%,明显低于不良反应发生率为10.00% 的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).讨论:对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法,能够提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生几率,缩短患儿治疗时间,但是长时间使用会出现耐药情况.
目的 探究足月新生儿黄疸应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗的临床效果.方法 本次实验对象均选自本院2017年12月~2018年9月期间收治的200例黄疸足月新生儿,按照随机表法分成实验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),对照组开展常规治疗,实验组在此基础上通过双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗,分析比较两种治疗方案对患儿胆红素、治疗效果、持续治疗时间的影响.结果 实验组和对照组在治疗总有效率、持续治疗时间以及IBIL、DBIL、TBIL水平上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 足月新生儿黄疸应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗所得治疗效果确切,能够有效改善患儿的胆红素,同时加速恢复.
objectives:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Naloxone on HIE.Methods 80 newborns with mild and severe HIE were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in one group were treated with general ways patients in therapy group received Naloxone at first ay 0.1mg/kg inject next 0.03-0.05mg/kg ingtt 3days to severe HIE.Results :The therapy group's totle effective rate is 95%,The control group's totle effective rate is 72.5% after treating 3 days.Conclusions :Naloxone HIE may shorten the period of treatment,reduce HIE lncidence,decrease death rate.
Objective Neonates with respiratory distress syndrome were treated by NCPAP and routine treatment,observed group was treated with calf pulmonary surfactant for Injection,we compared the observed group and control group.Methods The observed group was treated with NCPAP and pulmonary surfactant for Injection treatment group,we observed the changes of blood gases,chest X-ray,clinical effects and secondary outcome before and after treatment.Results PS PaO2 and PaO2 /Fio2 of the NRDS infants in two groups 24 hours after the administration increased rapidly.There was significant difference compared with those before the treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood gas(P>0.05).The duration of supplemental oxygen was significantly shorter in the observed group.(P<0.05).Pneumonia occurred rate was significantly declined(P<0.05).Conclusion Calf pulmonary surfactant for Injection and(NCPAP)is a safe and effective primary remedly to newborn infants with RDS.
