
Objective To assess the effectiveness of modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with metformin on polycystic ova-ry syndrome(PCOS)with obesity by Meta-analysis.Methods Data bases containing CBM,CNKI,WF,VIP,PubMed and Embase were searched to retrieve randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that MDCC combined with metformin(trial group)versus metformin a-lone in the treatment of PCOS.The search time was set from January 2000 to December 2021.Revman 5.4 software was used to con-duct Meta-analysis after data extraction and quality evaluation with Cochrane 5.1.0 bias risk evaluation tool and Jadad scale.Results Fourteen literatures meeting the requirements were included and they are in total of 980 cases of patients.Meta-analysis results sug-gested that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving total response and ovulation rate,reducing BMI index,insulin resistance index,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,testosterone and estradiol levels,with statistical signifi-cance.However,no statistically significant in prolactin.Conclusion Compared with using metformin alone,mofified Cangfu Daoton Decoction with metformin in the treatment of obese PCOS patients possessed better curative effect.

Objective To establish the contamination method of aflatoxin B1,B2,G,and G2 in EQUI PENIS ET TESTIVULUS by immunoaffinity column clean-up and HPLC-FLD with post-column photochemical derivatization.Methods After extraction with 70%Methanol and purification by immunoaffinity columns,aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 in samples were anlyzed by HPLC-FLD with post-column photochemical derivatization.Results The linearity of Aflatoxin B,was at 0.0104-0.0520 ng(r=0.9999),Af-latoxin B2 was at 0.0038-0.0190 ng(r-0.9998),Aflatoxin G1 was at 0.0108-0.0540 ng(r=0.9998),Aflatoxin G2 was at 0.0038~0.0190 ng(r=0.9998),The average recoveries were within 89.68%-101.44%with RSD≤3.5%.Conclusion The a-bove method has demonstrated convenient operation,good repeatability,highsensitity and accuracy.This method is suitable for the determination of AF in Renshenguipi pills.
Objective To explore the effect of Yajie Yizai(Xin)Recipe on blood lipid,inflammation,oxidation factors,and the possible mechanism of anti AS in atherosclerosis model rats.Methods The AS model was established by intraperitoneal injection of VD3+high-fat feed,and was randomly divided into control group,model group,simvastatin group,and Yajie Yizai(Xin)recipe high-dose and low-dose groups.Detect the levels of TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C in serum of rats,use ELISA method to detect the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and the influence of malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum of rats in each group,and detect the levels of IL-6 and TNF in serum-α Content.Results Compared with the model group,the high and low dose Yajie Yizai(Xin)groups showed a decrease in serum TG and rat LDL content,while the HDL content increased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with the mod-el group,both high-dose and low-dose Yajie Yizai(Xin)groups were able to increase GSH-PX,SOD,CAT activity,and reduce MDA content,with statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Compared with the model control group,the Yajie Yizai(Xin)high-dose group,Yajie Yizai(Xin)low-dose group,and simvastatin group had TNF-a、The content of IL-6 significantly de-creased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Yajie Yizai(Xin)has a significant anti AS effect.The mechanism of action may be that it can reduce the lipid peroxidation damage of arterial endothelial cells,improve the inflammato-ry reaction,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and inhibit the atherosclerosis process by regulating the lipid metabolism of rat models.
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Acupoint application in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCT)of acupoint application on patients with epigastric pain were searched from CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)Journal of Chinese Medical Association、Pubmed、EmBase、The Cochrane li-brary databases.the retrieval period is from the establishment of the database to December 2022,Using Revman5.4 for Meta-anal-ysis.Results 24 RCTs were finally included with a total of 2327 patients(1162 in the experimental group and 1165 in the control group).Meta-analysis showed that acupoint application improved the effective rate on treating epigastric pain[OR=4.15,95%CI(3.11,5.53),P<0.00001];reduce stomach pain score[SMD=-1.44,95%CI(-2.02,-0.86),P<0.00001];reduce pain visual analog score[SMD=-1.81,95%CI(-2.59,-1.02),P<0.00001];shorten stomach pain relief time[SMD=-2.17,95%CI(-2.49,-1.84),P<0.00001].Conclusion Acupoint application can significantly improve the effective rate and has good safety.Due to the limited quantity and quality of included studies,further large-scale,high-quality clinical studies are needed in the later stage.
Objective Through the study of chemical composition the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis.Methods The powdered the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis were extracted by using 70%ethanol.Various separation and purification methods such as HPLC was used to separate the chemical components of the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis,combined with 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques,and to analyze the structure of the obtained compounds for identification.Results eighteen compounds were obtained and identified as homostigmast-5-en-3 β-ol(1),epifriedelanol(2),friedelin(3),wallenone(4),cyclobalanone(5),hydroxy-hopanone(6),p-sitosterol(7),3',5-Hydroxy-7,-4'-trimethoxyflavone(8),5-Hydroxy-7,-3',4'-trimethoxy-flavone(9),5,4'-Hydroxy-7,-3'-trimethoxyflavone(10),Genkwanin(11),5,7-Trimethoxy-4'-hydroxydi-hydroflavone(12),5-Hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone(13),Apigenin 5,7-dimethyl ether(14),Syringareainol(15),2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone(16),2,5-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone(17),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(18).Conclu-sion Compounds 1,4,5,12,and 14 were isolated from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis for the first time.
As a common biased constitution in the population,qi deficiency constitution is closely related to the occurrence,de-velopment and prognosis of many cardiopulmonary diseases.This article summarizes and analyzes the research on the correlation be-tween qi deficiency constitution and cardiopulmonary diseases.From the perspective of qi deficiency constitution,new ideas and ap-proaches are provided for the"treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases",and the application of constitution theory in the field of"treat-ment of cardiopulmonary diseases"is enriched.In order to promote the identifiication of qi deficiency constitution and its clinical appli-cation in cardiopulmonary diseases,efficiently and accurately screen out people with qi deficiency constitution,and carry out early health intervention to reduce the risk of cardiopulmonary diseases.
Objective The aim of the current study was to optimize the processing technology of Acorus tatarinowii stir-fried with bran.Methods Using single factor investigation and orthogonal test,with the total alkaloid content as the evaluation standard,the in-fluencing factors of wheat bran dosage,temperature and time during the processing of Acorus tatarinowii were investigated to determine the best processing technology of Acorus tatarinowii stir-fried with bran.Results In the current investigation,the best processing technology for Acorus tatarinowii was stir-fried with 10%wheat bran at 140 ℃ bran-frying temperature for 40 s.Conclusion Hence,the present study offers more accurate and scientific processing parameters for the processing technology of Acorus tatarinowii stir-fried with bran and provide a reference for the development and utilization of Acorus tatarinowii.

Objective To scientifically and standardize the design of a clinical research protocol for Heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome.Methods Using the concepts and methods of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine,the clinical trial design ideas of Heat-sensitive moxibustion for CARAS were described in terms of sample estima-tion,randomization,controlled implementation and blinded application,and the detailed Heat-sensitive moxibustion protocol was e-laborated.Results A scientifically standardized design of clinical trial protocols for Heat-sensitive moxibustion for CARAS can reduce the interference of bias factors and improve the reliability of clinical study results.Conclusion The design of high quality and high lev-el clinical trials is necessary to scientifically,objectively and comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of Heat-sensitive moxibustion.

In modem medicine,low blood sugar(hypoglycemia)in diabetes patients is a blood sugar level below 3.9 mmol/L.When the insulin content is inconsistent with the blood glucose concentration,hypoglycemic syndromes will occur.The symptoms of di-abetes hypoglycemia are similar to those of"syndrome of qi desertion"in traditional Chinese medicine.In essence,both diabetic hypo-glycemia and"syndrome of qi desertion"mean that the body has no yang qi available.Therefore,diabetes hypoglycemia belongs to the category of"syndrome of qi desertion".This research elaborates on the TCM pathogenesis in the occurrence and development of diabet-ic hypoglycemia by analyzing the TCM pathogenesis of"qi hyperactivity""qi deficiency""qi collapse".
Objective To establish the quality standard of Zhuang medicine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.Methods Hedyotis diffusa Willd.and Plumbago zeylanica L.in the compound were qualitatively identified by TLC.At the same time,a HPLC method for the determination of deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester was established.Results The TLC spots of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.and Plumbago zeylanica L.were clear and negative without interference.The linear relationship of deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester was good in the range of 0.01910-0.5092mg/mL-1(R2=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.27%and RSD was 3.32%.Conclusion The method has strong specificity and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuang medi-cine condyloma acuminatum external lotion.
Objective Wu Zhenglun,a doctor in Xin'an,expounding the new theory of TCM processing and innovating TCM pro-cessing methods in his book YangShengLeiYao,systematically summarizing and deeply studying Wu's academic thoughts on TCM pro-cessing,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of TCM processing and contribute to the revival of the academic school of"Hui style TCM processing".Methods This paper was based on the Yang ShengLeiYao written by Wu Zhenglun,a doctor in Xin'an,collected the academic content of TCM processing in the book,analyzed the academic theory of TCM processing characteris-tics of Wu's,and summarized the characteristic technology of TCM processing of Wu's.Results Wu believed that the theory of five ele-ments could guide the processing of traditional Chinese medicine and make some innovations to the processing theory of traditional Chi-nese medicine.Wu expanded the four connotations of the liquor processing method to make up for the shortcomings of predecessors.Wu standardized the processing process of Xuanming powder into"eight methods"and supplemented it,and described many other processing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in detail.Conclusion Many TCM processing theories and processes in YangShen-gLeiYao have opened up new paths,innovative methods and detailed records,which have certain research and reference value.

Objective To study the medication rules of Xin'an Physician in the treatment of insomnia based on data mining technol-ogy,and to summarize the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,aiming to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods According to the"14th Five-Year Plan"textbook"Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine"insomnia disease syn-drome standards,the"Clinical Guide Medical Case","Wu's Medical Examination Record Complete Works","Cheng Menxue Medi-cal Case","Xingxuan Medical Case","Famous Doctor Case","Sun Wenyuan Medical Case","Wang Zhongqi Medical Case"and"Wang Renzhi Medical Case"were included in the research scope,a prescription drug database was constructed,Microsoft Excel 2010 was used for frequency analysis,and SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 22.0 performs association rules,complex networks,systematic clustering,and principal component factor analysis for prescription drugs.Results A total of 166 prescriptions involving 222 Chinese herbs were screened out,with a cumulative frequency of 2030 medications,and the high-frequency Chinese medicines were mainly Anshen、Buxu and Pinganxifeng medicines.When the minimum support is 10.3%and the minimum confidence is 80.0%,46 binomial association combinations are obtained,and when the minimum support is 20.6%and the minimum confidence is 90%,29 three-term association combinations are obtained.The core prescription was generated by complex network analysis consisted of Fush-en、Yuanzhi、Suanzaoren、Longgu、Yejiaoteng、Muli、Zhenzhumu、Cishi.Thirteen groups of drug combinations,including Shi-jueming、Tianma、Gouteng、Mudanpi、Xiakucao、Cijili,were obtained by systematic clustering.The factor analysis extracted 15 common factors.Conclusion Xin'an Physician believe that insomnia is closely related to the heart,liver and spleen,and the treatment is mostly based on nourishing the heart and calming the nerves,calming the liver and latent yang,and nourishing qi and blood.
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of six components in Fangzhi Biyan tablets.Methods oc-tadecyl silane bonded silica gel column was used,methanol 0.5%acetic acid solution was used as mobile phase,and gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min;Switch wavelengths in different time periods.Results Chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,pae-oniflorin,cimetin,5-0-methylvisaminide,and smectin showed a good linear relationship with peak area within the ranges of 2.57-30.88 μg/mL,0.77-75.80 μg/mL,25.2-403.2 μg/mL,3.054-48.864 μg/mL,1.008-16.128 μg/mL,and 5.19-83.06 µg/mL,respectively;The sample recovery rates of the six components are all between 96.7%-103.1%;The results of the determi-nation of six batches of samples from three manufacturers were analyzed,the results of samples from different manufacturers were signif-icantly different.Conclusion this method is suitable for the determination of six components in Fangzhi Biyan tablets with high preci-sion and good applicability.
